Edit: 5/1/26 my previous review still stands. That said DO NOT GET THIS ITEM!! You can no longer get the bags for it and you CANNOT get it on the Teendow website either. I figure the only thing I can do is measure the last bag I have and find one that’s comparable to it. Question begs to be asked, why make the unit if you will not continue making the necessary components to keep it working?The Teendow comes with a plethora of accessories, primarily for a dog or cat. This is one reason why I chose this product. While the hair trimmer won’t be used, I know the brushes that come with it will be. We unpacked the robot vacuum cleaner and began to figure out the different parts that came with it. It states it comes with a Quick start guide. Ours did not. The instructions in the manual were good though. So here are pros and cons of the unit. Keep in mind we’ve only had this for 24 hours so I’ll come back with an update in later months.Pros:*Easy to assemble.*Overall appearance is nice. The tank of the robot vacuum cleaner comes off and on easily and is a seamless part of the overall product.*setting up the app on the phone went surpassingly well. This was one robot vacuum cleaner I wasn’t pulling my hair out in frustration because it wouldn’t connect to the app.*app is easy to understand and use. It does come with a flyer specifically just for the app.*the vacuum cleaner mapped the house in under 10 minutes. There are two rooms we shut the doors to as we didn’t want it vacuuming those rooms. Subtracting the square footage of those two rooms brings it to mapping up to 2100 square feet in that time frame. Nice compared to my other robot vacuum cleaner!* it automatically set up the zones according to each room it mapped. For me that is a game changer. To this day I’m still unable to figure out how to do this with my other robot vacuum cleaner.* it runs relatively quiet. You can adjust the suction of the vacuum cleaner so it’s not as loud.*this robot vacuum cleaner sucks up the dog hair like it’s nobody’s business. I can’t wait to use the attachments on our dog and see if it’s just as good at removing the ever present loose hair still on him!*there are various settings on the app that allow you to change up the factory set settings. This robot vacuum cleaner has more options than most.*battery life is great. But as I said, only time will tell how great the battery actually is.Cons:*when it empties out into the tank, it is LOUD!*it’s already gone offline after having it for only 24 hours. The Troubleshooting manual doesn’t specifically address that issue. Shutting it off and turning it back on seemed to handle that issue for us.*it would be nice if there were other color options. White is nice but it is something else I’ll have to keep up with as far as keeping it clean. It’s in the dining room so it’s very visible, especially with the orange trim.This is a quick review. Overall we’re pleased with it, but as I stated above, only use and time will let us know how good this product is. I’m hoping that this isn’t another no-name brand that will ultimately disappoint us.Edit 5/10/25There are two issues I’d like to address concerning the robot vacuum cleaner. One, it continually goes offline. I mean almost every single day. I’d say it was our internet, yet it’s the only item that has this issue. Our other robot vacuum cleaner stays online and so does our other Bluetooth devices. I did address that with the first part of my review and it has turned into an issue. It’s not a big hassle to fix, but when all you want to do is hit the button and have it do its magic the last thing you want to do is mess with getting it back online for the umpteenth time! Secondly we used the hose and the attachments for the dog hair. While a great concept, it doesn’t work as well as I had hoped. The one good thing about it are the brush heads. They do help with combing the excess hair off your dog, but as far as the suction goes, it’s not overly impressive. We checked the dust bag to confirm it wasn’t full and stopping the suction from working. It wasn’t full. Still, overall, I’m very happy with it because of what it does do and that’s vacuuming up dirt and dog hair!

I love this item! It lets you select the rooms it cleans with restricted areas, its empties itself, and it has the grooming capabilities. It is a bit difficult to find replacement dust bags so buy extra of those, but that feature is wonderful! It will notify you when the dust bag is full and you just pull it out and toss it away.I have it on a schedule and it cleans every day at 9:30. I have a 2600+ square foot house and it cleans about 2000 sq feet of that with no problem at all. (The other amount is upstairs). I have a dog and it cleans so well! I have not used the mopping feature yet, because I have alot of rugs. I need to play around with that, but my main concern was just picking up on the floor and getting any loose dog hair that might be blowing around. I also have carpet in my bedroom and it does a great job on that too. You can change the amount of suction for certain areas as well.I had an older Roomba and it would knock things over and slam against my furniture and scratch it, but this one does not do that. Its easy, and it will let you know if its stuck by the app on your phone. I could not love it more.

2nd update. Again i really wanted to love this product. They sent me a new unti after the fan stopped working on my first vaccum after 2 weeks. The new unit does not mop. No water comes out at all. Once again customer service was no help and actually told me they wouldn't ship the product unless i left a "kind" review. I ended returning the product. Over all the vacuum works well until the fan goes out abd the mop didn't work at all.I'm giving this product 3 star because I really want love it. It does really clean well and picks up all of my dog's fur. Both the app and vacuum are really easy to use. The only problem is it stopped working after 2 weeks. It took a couple of days for customer service to get back to me but they agreed to send me a new unit. Here's hoping the new unit doesn't break again. I really do love this product and have super high hopes for it.

We have 2 big dogs. One is a Great Pyrenees who sheds like it's his job! I am unable to vacuum as i am pending back surgery, and my husband, God love him, does many things well, but vacuumIng is not one of them! I have read the complaints about long haired dogs fulling the roller. I don't think any roller can handle the Great Pyrenees fur. I find it quite easy to turn Rosie over, cut off the fur, set her back out. Literally 5 minutes and she cleans the floor amazingly. We have had her now over a month, with daily use. I just ordered the replacement bags, roller etc. My plan is now to pop out the roller, pop in a clean one and send her back on her merry path. She is quiet enough that she doesn't bother the dogs, where every other vacuum has. I still have to do under some furniture and the stairs, but that is nothing compared to what she does!! She does usually have to stop,empty and recharge, but that doesn't impact me. I still haven't played with all the bells and whistles yet, but it was the vacuumIng and the price that sold me, and this robot is worth every penny!!

This thing is a work horse! I’ve owned 3 robot vacuums and have always been disappointed by the quality and the ability to actually clean the floor without being sensitive to every little bump, or not being able to stand the test of time’ I decided to give this guy a shot because it had a pet grooming feature and had great reviews. The technology in this vacuum is second to none! The ease of setup, app, and mapping function are top tier! It has multiple levels of suction which also corresponds to the noise levels and it gets every inch of the floor clean! I love that you can follow along in the app, and make some spaces off limits. There are too many benefits to list in a review, just go for it!

Edited review: I had an issue with my original unit not being able to find its way back to the base. I tried all of the troubleshooting and even tried to delete the device from the app and start over. I did this several times over about a 2 weeks period. I then reached out to the seller and although it was well over the return date, they sent a new unit to me at no extra price.This vacuum is phenomenal. It has several setting for a soft suction, medium , heavy and super strong suction. IT has the mopping attachment with a water reservoir for mopping. The best part of this vacuum is not only the robot part that uses infrared and literlly doesn't run into anything.... but the attachments...! It has a full blown hair razor with the vacuum attached to the hair cut goes straight into the suction hole. It has multiple attachment including a small narrow nosed one for hars to reach places, a brustle brush for things like the couch.. it has 2 separate furry friend combs also.The app helps you find the vacuum when it gets stuck or lost. You can change the language of the vauum speaker. Its great and very human friendly. I totally recommend for families with furry friends! It helps keep the hair to a minimum!

As they say about L.A., “We love it!”This is my second robovac, following my first breaking after 5-6 months (got a refund). The features on this are like day and night compared to the last. This one does a great job mapping out your area to cover it thoroughly on its own. The strongest setting drains the battery quickly, though is great for carpets. The medium setting works fine on my medium rugs, and it covers my 3 large rooms with these rugs before needing a recharge. It finds its way on its own back to the port if its three rooms away, rather than going dead somewhere where you’d need to carry it. I like the app notifications on my phone if it gets stuck while it’s upstairs and I’m in the basement. The auto emptying feature is so convenient, preventing one from having to empty it each time. The removable option is a nice feature for difficult to reach areas. I only wish the cord was longer. Good luck holding your cat down to use the pet attachment, though once I vacuumed mine, I got a nice clump of hair off of her!

I've been using the vacuum for a while now and overall, I'm impressed with its performance. It does a great job picking up dirt and dust from my floors and runs quietly, which I really appreciate. I haven't tried the mop feature yet, so I can't speak to that part. One thing to note - if you have stairs, be careful. Mine has fallen down the stairs a few times, so I'd recommend setting up a barrier or making sure your space is mapped carefully. Other than that, it works great and has made daily cleanup a lot easier.
