It’s super easy it has cutouts for the bands to slide through and has indicators for where to push to slide them out.

Is the case ok for the shower or pool???

Absolutely…I have used mine in the pool several times without any issues. I suggest rinsing it off with tap water after swimming to clean any pool chemicals or salt off the watch, case, and watch strap after swimming.

Amazing screen cover!

I like my phones and watches streamlined but I must say, for a rubber type watch guard this one is very light, nice looking and has an excellent fit. The best part for me is the ease of screen cover application and how well it fits!! The case does add a small amount of bulk, but nothing you shouldn’t expect by adding a guard.
