One of the best baking flours on the market

👀NOTE: Product picture might have been changed as the one I reviewed here was labeled "Organic" This is unbleached flour and is what we use because all the good "stuff" is not taken out like in the bleached flour. Baking with it is great and we do add a tad of gluten for better results in the breads...✔ We have bought this same flour several times although it has been hard to come by lately. The last few bags we bought were labeled as "Organic" and the price went up considerably. 👀 "Organic" seems to find it's way onto a lot of labels as a way to raise the price. Very frustrating.😯 Nothing against this company but It seems they are doing the same thing as organic items don't seem to be regulated. Even products labeled "Gaming" or "Tactical" seem to carry a higher price. We just have to be smart shoppers.... Right..?? Right..! ✔Like: Good results. Breads come out great. 🚫Not so Great: Tacked on the Organic label and raised the price.

This is absolutely the BEST flour I have ever used! I thought flour was flour. I even used the flour snob favorite, and thought, Meh. During holiday baking season, I ran out of flour, and so did our local stores. Amazon Fresh to the rescue! I ordered what was available, which was Bob's Red Mill, all purpose. This flour assimilates with other dry ingredients, then with the wet ingredients, quickly and entirely. Mixing cookie dough took half the usual time, and the cookies had superb loft and texture. From now on, this is the only flour I will use for the people I care enough about to bake holiday cookies for them.

Made a huge batch of bonuelos with this and they came out really good. For normal tortillas they tasted great as well.
