are the scooby stamps still good in august 2022?

Yes, these are Forever stamps they will be good always and forever for mailing a 1 ounce letter rate.

Why does it say 16 stamps when it's 12 stamps?

it says (12) standard First class stamps not 16 you only get 12 stamps

Hello Are these a collector item or are they actual stamps for use? Thank you!

These are actual Usps forever postage stamps. Because of the limited production in quantity; many collectors keep the entire sheet - which will increase in value if philatelic Demands on it increase.

Do I need 1 or 2 of these to mail a letter?
