Great flavor, mixes well, and keeps me going during workouts

It’s not too sweet or too sour, which can be a problem with other brands. It mixes easily with water without clumps, and I didn’t notice any gritty texture. I like that it has zero sugar but still tastes good. I drink it during my workouts, and I feel steady energy and less fatigue, especially on longer sessions. I also noticed less soreness the next day, which made recovery easier. The only downside is the flavor might be a little strong if you use less water, so I recommend mixing it with a full shaker bottle to balance it out. Overall, this is a solid BCAA supplement. Great taste, good recovery support, and no sugar. I would definitely buy this again.

If you like airheads this is the bcaa that you need!! It's very sweet, so if you don't like too sweet just add more water. I mixed it with 20ml and it was still too sweet for me.

Use 16oz+ water. The flavor is very sweet, so the extra water means more hydration...Win Win. Is this the best flavor aid under the BCAA line? No. PostJym wears that crown.... However, not enough to justify the price. If you want to save a few bucks when buying bcaa, xtend is worth it.

Great taste!
I have been using this product in all flavors for years, but this is by far my favorite flavor! I have never had any side effects other than better recovery. Mixes well just by shaking it in a water bottle or shaker cup. Love that it has electrolytes too!

Hard to dissolve (only this flavor)
Flavor is okay, but super hard to mix. Ordered the exact same brand just a different flavor previously and was easily dissolved in water by stirring. Even with using a shaker, this still leaves sediment and chunks. No big deal, throw it down fast, but still wish it was easier to mix.
