This is โthe oneโ (to buy 2 of lol)
Love it! Arrived within 2 days of ordering it. Mine came perfectly straight, with a rubber o-ring and tsuba (hand guard). I miss having a Saya (scabbard), but I read you can buy a golf bag tube that protects your clubs from clanking together; for about 50 cents at a golf store, cut the end and tape it to make a nice bokken Saya. This is very cool and feels nice. When I ordered it I immediately thought I should have bought a wooden one cheaper from like Trueswords or something, but once this arrived I realized I did good and made the right / best choice! The tip is mostly rounded. Still a tiny point, but nothing like the wooden ones. This just feels safer, lighter, solid and study, and looks and feels like a ultra light Katana if they existed. This looks like you can whack it against anything without breaking it. Great to use in the house. I gave this 5 stars for quality /value/ sturdiness / durability. My only regret is that I was scared to buy 2. Iโd buy again. And I am not affiliated in any way. Iโm just saying this thing is friggen awesome!!

Must have for katana lovers
Great product. High quality and durable for fighting kids! Has held up over a year and a half of use and endured many father/son sword fights. Makes a great clicking sound and they do not break!

Better than expected!
This sword is great! Itโs quite a bit lighter a wooden Bokken, which makes this great for beginners as you can get a lot more swings in and hone in on your form. The guard comes with a nice rubber piece to secure it down, would be easy to replace with another guard even with something custom for cosplay. Lastly the great price point letโs you use it without fear of damage and in all reality it holds up!

Great sword, may want to replace it.
I would give this sword a 4 because it's really sturdy and nice. It's also well balanced and not that hard to use. The only problem with this is that your sword may come in bent or missing some parts. I ordered mine and it came after a day or two. It inculded a rubber o, a tsuba and the katana itself. The issua was my katana was bended and on the plssitc it said you could bend it back into place, but mine always came back to the bent position even if i tried making it striaght already. So, i ordered for a replacement and it came in 2 days and there was no handguard on the second one. The sword its self is very nice but don't be shy to just get a refund or a replacement if yours came like mine

Pretty nice!
It's exactly as pictured and measures correctly too. It is unfortunately a TINY bit short for my liking/for my fairly large hands, as it's about 2 inches shorter than my real katana, but it's hardly a deal breaker. It is however FAR lighter than a katana (obviously), so building strength/stamina isn't gonna be as easy with this, but this is obviously GREAT for what it's meant for, practicing forms you wouldn't feel safe using a sharpened blade with, sparring with a partner, or maybe even using it on a target you don't want to damage...or even simply using it indoors. It's VERY strong, I'd feel comfortable sparring with this for sure. In fact I think I'd have a hard time breaking it if I wanted. I also like that the tsuba is removable too

A phenomenal training sword.
I purchased this sword for an upcoming belt test in which I have to do a weapons demonstration. The first one i received was slightly bent to the left but I was able to fix that in about 5 seconds by bending it in the opposite direction. The second one however was completely true. I was practicing my weapons forms in the backyard and the sword was perfectly balanced with enough weight to feel realistic. I even banged it against an apple tree without the sword sustaining any damage or bending. I was so impressed with the quality that I decided to buy a second one and keep one at the studio and one at home. One of the instructors at my studio (a third degree black belt) even said he was amazed with the quality and price. Overall, I would highly recommend this product. You won't find one of comparable quality unless you are willing to pay 3 to 5 times more money, and at this price why would you?

Great practice word, much better than wood alternatives
For years I have used wooden bokkens and this is a great upgrade. It feels better in my hands and will last forever. I do miss the sound of wood bookens hitting each other, but I don't miss the chips and cracks they sometimes get. I now have 4 of these and they are great.
