BLOOMIFY Celosia Flower Terrarium, Zero Care, Cockscomb, 4" Jar

Update: April 2018. It’s been 11mo’s since I gave this to my mother & today she told me it dried up & went to seed. But there was a surprise! It’s got 2 new little leaves this wk! I said she should plant the seeds, maybe get some new gel & start her own bottle. But she just points out that the “instructions say not to open the bottle”. So we’ll see how long it goes- but it’s starting it’s 2nd life. She’s enjoyed her little bottled plant! Original review. March 2017: Gave it to my mother; one of her fav flowers & Orchid Gene was so nice to send the red one (her fav color). Was a nice cutting w/ 2 small red red tops, no leaves yet, & cute as could be. Has since grown a 3rd red head & still waiting for a leaf, but it is healthy & she put it on a sm. Shelf by front door w/ a mirrow behind it & loves seeing it everyday. Like a little jewel! No watering or fussing over trying to keep it alive is another plus. Told her I thought it was time she had a plant she didn't have to take care of--just enjoy it; & she really does. It's just as cute & colorful as can be!

I ordered 2 of these, a rose and a Venus fly trap. These have not grown at all since I got them, as you can see I am losing leaves. I had to have them replace the rose and fly trap due to mold growing. The new rose died, didn't bloom, started getting mold again. The new flytrap isn't growing either. I followed all instructions.

Hi this product is different & really neat how there is really not that much maintenance to do but put it in sunlight but not to much do not put indirect sunlight. But I just dnt like the plant is not that colorful as the picture my first 1 I bought was super ugly no life or color but they were super nice &.sent me another & let me keep the life less 1 which my granddaughter keep trying to bring it back to life she talks to it everyday the company stands by there word it u have a problem just let them kno. But is a really kool gift for a preteen my granddaughter loves it so I say it's a kool gift.

This vendor went out of their way to get this order to me. My sister is a master gardener and raises orchids. I wanted to give her a gift that was different for Christmas and saw this. When the first one arrived, well packaged, it had most likely been tossed around by the shipping / delivery folks (not Amazon drivers). I notified the vendor that the product was damaged and another was sent out. I explained why I bought this product, and without hesitation, the vendor sent it out the week of Christmas, priority, and it arrived in perfect condition. Plus, the orchid has a beautiful bloom just beginning to blossom. I highly recommend this for a unique gift, or to have for yourself. It's the perfect size for a desk, the kitchen window, etc. So happy to be able to give this to her in person when I head down south.

I originally ordered this lovely little flower as a gift, but unfortunately, the first attempt did not survive the shipping, which is understandable when ordering something so fragile. I contacted the seller and he immediately shipped out a replacement. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and the prompt customer service he provided- truly, you would be hard pressed to find a better seller than him. The new flower arrived a few days later and was in *perfect* condition. It looked just like the pictures. It was so pretty and cute that I couldn't help but keep it this one for myself. True to the description, zero maintenance is required. I set it down on my desk and that was it. It's only been a few weeks, but I'm amazed by how quickly it's growing. It arrived with a single flower, but several new ones have already begun budding. Checking on its progress every day has turned out to be unexpectedly fun. It looks so adorable on my desk and I've gotten so many compliments on it, I'm so glad I went with Orchid Gene. :)

The idea of these is very cute: Flowers you don’t have to water or keep in the sunlight. There is no assembly required, they come in as pictured. The packaging was secure and the glass was in tact. The downside was that they came wilted and looked dead. It took a few days to get here which is why I ordered early. I’m going to hang them upside down to see if the flowers will straighten out some, if not I will end up returning them and gifting something else instead.

What it seems like most people who are giving bad reviews don't understand is that plants need time to grow. I received my plants as small little plants with a small bloom but in about a week or so they grow to be what you expect from this amazing company. If you follow the instructions that come with the plant (which it seems like many of these people don't know how to read instructions) and put it in very indirect sunlight or give it mainly LED light the plant grows very well if a little fast. I ordered my second plant as a gift and I ordered it about a week before it was supposed to be given to the recipient so that the plant had time to grow and look impressive. Order this and give it time and you will be impressed like I was. This is a great product. My current plant has lasted over six months and I'm about to transfer it to a pot because it has grown so well. Watch out for mold though because you might have to transfer it early if mold begins growing in the jar.

Flower arrived as pictured although not as many leaves/stems. It began to grow about three weeks after I received it, and the flower began to hit the top of the lid so I decided to remove it. That provided to be a bad idea because about four days later mold began to form on the gel inside. No care instructions were sent with my purchase no I had no clue on what should or shouldn't be done to the flower. This is a cute plant for an office desk or small area, but is not worth it even as a house decoration, because it is too small. Would not recommend.
