Great flavour and boost but boy, that tear off needs to be redesigned. It's nearly impossible to tear off, when you do succeed it's the tiniest hole, and sometimes it just gets stuck, so you pull harder and I kid you not the entire sachet tears apart, sugary sticky liquid everywhere. Nonsense.

These electrolyte gels are fantastic. I use them regularly whilst running long distance and I find them really easy to swallow and the taste is really nice, compared to others in the market. Would highly recommend!

These used to be good, now the redesigned packaging is almost impossible to open and ithe tear off tab stays attached, which is difficult to drink/eat. Will purchase other brands in future.
