Love these supplements. No side effects, no taste, go down easy. They are large pills but very soft and easy to swallow.

Works great. No bad taste or any odor. Pill size is normal and not bad if you’re used to taking pills

Solid supplement
Took these during pregnancy and I still take them now postpartum. They are supposed to help with brain development and other things. Choline is naturally found in egg yolks but I couldn’t guarantee that I’d eat eggs daily or even enough of them in a day to get what I need. I have these to fill any gaps in nutrition so my baby gets the best he can! There’s no odor or taste as they are capsules. I don’t get any side effects or mood changes. I think they are effective my baby is well developed and is happy and healthy. I’d say it’s good value for the money!

No taste and i feel great 0 nausea
I actually like these vitis they dont upset ur stomach or taste weird!! Really easy to take…. Also i did notice fetal movement did slow down for a couple weeks but im 27weeks now and the baby is moving alot more now, the baby was always moving but when i first started taking these i noticed the baby wasn't kicking me as often and i feel so good physically and mentally other then my ligament pain!

My favorite choline
I have tried several choline supplements during my pregnancy and this seems to have worked the best for me. No stomach issues, no smell and no side effects. Good value for money.

Great product
I only marked 4 stars because of the price point. It dos not have an odor at all nor did I notice a bad taste or one at all, which is a win! It is an effective vitamin and the product is definitely packaged and made well.

Choline plays a key role in fetal brain development!
Choline plays a key role in fetal brain development during pregnancy! Took these choline capsules (2 a day) during my last two trimesters and my baby definitely reaped the results. She is very intelligent and at 3 months old she has hit her milestones early and is continuing to surprise us with how smart she is. Wish I knew about taking choline during pregnancy to help increase your baby's intelligence with my first two kids... sorry kids 😄. I am still taking 2 a day while breastfeeding.
