So far so great! This things rips!! I took down a palm tree like it was made of butter. Easy to assemble and the factory blade is sharp but if it fills it comes with EVERYTHING you need to run a chainsaw. A file a mixing bottle a cover chain and bar. It came with everything except 2 stroke oil and bar oil. Out the door it was only $121 for the saw and oil. It'll get used for sure. It's not a Stihl but if you're not a professional this is all the saw you need. Well balanced and cuts great! And for only $94 for just the saw it's a deal!! It's a medium sized saw and the 20 inch bar is more than enough to destroy a tree. My palm tree WAS about 18 inches and it's now a pile next to my gate.

So I finally got the chance to try the pinkway. Assembly was easy, looked great. Went to start it as the manual says, took forever but got it started once. So I take it out to use it, it won't start. Tried everything I can think of, it will not work. Currently trying to figure out how to send it back.

Did not work and customer service not good the Chane saw didn’t work and they don’t refund the money or the product

I have only put this saw together and have not yet cut anything but it is made well and has a very balanced feel with the battery in. It feels very similar to the ryobi one I’ve used in the past. It sounds like the ryobi saw as well. I’m not a fan of the chain tensioner because it doesn’t seem to do much but overall this saw seems pretty cool. I got it for camping and if this holds up like their gas saw, it’ll be a steal.
