Beyond my expectations
I am most impressed by these and the service. While they arrived without instructions I was able to talk to a very helpful person from the firm (and they are there until about 8 pm)....they talked me throo the simple directions on how to fill the cartridges and also sent me a video. I tried one of them today and to my relief and almost surprise they worked.

Worked straight away fine except after second refill cartridges couldn't be detected but there u go can't sin them all
