Where can you get replacement lens for these?

You need to buy a new pair. To my knowledge they don't make replacement lens. Contact Dewalt would be the best place to start.

Dose it say c87 on the inside of the glasses?

there are a bunch of numbers on the side but you cant make them out …..but there are very nice inexpensive sun glasses

Are these protection against UV rays ?

According to the Dewalt website: http://www.dewalt.com/en-us/products/gear-and-equipment/safety-and-protective-workwear/vision/radius/dpg51The DEWALT Radius safety glass offers a 10 base curve lens which provides maximum coverage and protection. 10 base curve lens provides maximum coverage and protection. Soft, rubber nosepiece provides non-slip, comfortable wear. Safety glass exceeds ANSI Z87.1+ standards and provides 99.9% UVA/UVB protection. Hope that helps.
