A very bad product lock system of mop and rod is broken &padded grip of handle/ rod is missing
Very bad item the lock system of mop and connecting rod is broken and padded grip missing. Have asked for return of item and refund of my money

This works well. Easy to assemble. Cleans floors. I like that you use your own floor cleaner. Glad that I bought this and not the popular brand.

Better pads clean well, fewer streaks.
Love it! Have had poor results before with Rubbermaid and Vileda. This one's lighter, pads better (and included!) and slightly narrower to get into tight kitchen spaces and the trigger feels stronger and better. Fine spray. Reservoir easy on and off. Good price! Now to see if it lasts longer and I expect it will .
