I was worried that it would be too soft and squishy for mat stretches. But it is perfect. The foam is dense, supportive, and comfortable. Nice when on knees or lying on back. I personally prefer my traditional 5/8 in thick yoga mat for standing stretches. But I am glad I have both. The quality impresses me. Stitching seems durable. Excellent value for the price! Very satisfied. Convenient to store: folds flat or stands up on end when folded.

The only downside is that it can feel a bit bulky when folded, and it’s not ideal for high-impact or intense training like jumping or heavy martial arts work.

Loved this. Nice firmness and quality to do floor exercises like sit ups without hurting your back like a yoga Matt and easy to fold in a second , tuck away or portable travel.
