They are good but not really self tapping, it says drill a hole 8mm did that and they would still not screw into the concrete post had to make the holes bigger.

Does the job
They do the job they are supposed to do. Drill the correct size hole and they tighten into brick very well. Holding up posts for a fence attached to an 90ft long brick wall

Perfect… tired and tested
I used these to fit a heavy steel barricade against an external door (inside) into the cavity wall. I did use anchor resin also, they did not budge when a burglar failed to kick the door open. UPVC doors are rubbish, all 4 bolts forced open with a screwdriver!

Strong and effective.
I only needed 2 but, at this price, I was more than happy (to have some 'in stock'). The ones I used did the job and tightened up to provide a solid fixing. They didn't shear off (which, despite my advancing years, I have been strong enough to do in the past). Pleased..
