Value for money I'll say, good in taste, blends well and u also gets decent amount of 25g protein. So far didn't see any side effects.

Chocolate Taste is good.but after drinking i felt blotting, abs feel full like gas... Otherwise Nak pro Impact is good. I purchased 2 packets then i upgraded to Nakpro Gold plus.

very good protein

I've been using whey protein for many years and have never had any digestive issues. Ever since I started taking this one, I've experienced stomach bloating, bubbling a few hours after drinking it, and loose stools. The symptoms started only after switching to this whey and have been consistent for the past week. I decided to try this product because protein prices have gone up, and this was significantly cheaper than the brands I usually buy. While the taste was good, it mixed well, and I liked that it wasn't overly sweet, it unfortunately didn't suit my gut. This experience has made me realize that I'd rather spend a little more on a protein that I know works well for me, especially since it's something I consume regularly. That said, everyone's digestion is different, so this product may work perfectly fine for others—it just wasn't the right fit for me.
