I originally tried this for my widespread nerve pain. It really started helping right away and has been building in helpfulness taking the edge off of the pain over the last few weeks. I've also noticed kind of a calming effect on my nervous system overall and have found myself taking less anxiety medicine. So overall I'm really happy that I tried this.
