It's really a big capsule and it really takes a lot water to swallow it. But the most important thing is the smell and the flavor is chocolate and it really good when it is in your mouth. Fish oil is very important for joints, heart and brain. And because of our Schedule and modern lifestyle, we don't get enough of this which results in deficiency disease's. I have started hitting the gym, and getting the proper nutrition has become all the more important. I ended up with this product, after looking all over, because this one has a sufficient combination of EPA and DHA. It has no side effects, and does not smell either or gives that fishy burps.
