This ladder feels incredibly secure with its wide steps and sturdy handrail. The built-in tool tray is super handy, and the foldable design makes storage easy. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality and safety features make it worth it for frequent use.

I got this ladder primarily for indoor use in reaching the upper cupboards in my kitchen. It is industrial strength and is very sturdy and therefore a lot more ladder than I thought it would be, though, perfect for professional use. I love it because I feel very safe using it, but I have to store it in the garage because of its size. It's not something you can just shove behind the door in the utility room and grab and unfold when you need it, at least not for me. It weighs about 17 pounds and even though I am a strong 82-year old, I have to really want what is on the upper shelves to set it up. I gave it 5 stars because it is a very good product.

This concerns the 3-step fiberglass "Jumbo Step" My wife and I aren't comfortable any longer using our light-duty aluminum step stool. The Little Giant model is way sturdier and more stable without being too heavy. Thumbs up. I'll limit the review mostly to dimensions missing from the product description on this page. Measurements below are close but not precise. At the moment the Amazon product page notes "maximum height: 8 feet" under "Product Specifications." That's WAY off the mark. Length, fully collapsed: 43″ Height when in use—from floor to top step: 26½–27″ Height when in use—from floor to the top of the fully extended vertical support bar: 53½″ Ladder width: ~19″ "Footprint" when fully opened: 21″ x 33″ Step size: 13½″ wide x 8½″ deep The steps aren't slippery but don't have rubberized or other non-skid surfaces. The bottoms of the step stool's plastic feet also aren't non-skid. Distance from floor to first, second, and top steps: 8½″, 17½″, and 26½″ respectively Length of vertical support bar: 26″ Size of the plastic feet: 2″ x 3″ Dimensions of the tray on the vertical support bar: 4¼″ x 16″ I agree with other reviewers — it's annoying how the step stool can unfold partway when it's carried. Easy fix for keeping the legs in place: a short length of (non-elastic) 1½″ "self stick" hook and loop strapping — comes with plastic buckles. See photo. Worked like a charm for this purpose and took less than 5 minutes to put together. There are several brands/widths of that kind of strapping available from Amazon.

At 67 years old, living alone for the past eleven years, am to the point of not feeling safe on average step ladders. In fact, fell off a ladder while trimming a tree. Luckily just missed landing on top of riding lawn mower. Even though I was a little hurt, could have caused some serious damage. Decided to purchase a new one and came across this gem. Am extremely confident every time I use it. Light weight, wide steps, foldable for easy storage, along with top handrail making me feel so safe leaning into it with body pressed against it while reaching up. They also come in different sizes, yet the 3 step is perfect for reaching my ceiling height of 7 & 8 feet high. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a safe, light weight heavy duty ladder. It really is a perfect addition to my household maintenance equipment.

I wanted this ladder for at least the past two years, but I never ordered. I finally bit the bullet after a knee injury and I'm so glad I did. This is a fabulous step ladder and I'm extremely solid on it. I can easily reach my ceiling since I'm tall, but I can also finally reach my kitchen lights and the top shelves of my closets without feeling like I'm unstable. The other good part I hadn't expected was that this slid right into the spot where my ironing board used to be. I've moved the ironing board to a different wall in the closet, so the ladder is closer. I rarely use the ironing board anymore, so it's like it has its own little nook now. My only concern was how easily it flips apart when you try to move it.. I've fixed that by putting a bungee cord around the hinged bit so it doesn't flop. It worked quite well.

This short ladder (or tall step stool, more accurately) is very sturdy and stable, easy to open, and fairly lightweight at 16 pounds. But it's quite expensive, so I expected it to be almost perfect. It's not. It should stay closed when folded. As it is, when you try to carry it, the steps keep unfolding unless they are held against you. Bad design. It clearly needs some kind of latch to hold it together. In addition, the handle should be extendable so you can hold onto it even when on the top step. These are the two reasons why I did not give it 5 stars.

This ladder is amazing. I use it as my steps up to my tailgate in my over landing rig. It’s light and easy to take along with us and the wide steps on it make it feel like you’re simply walking up a set of stairs and it is very stable.

What took so long designing a ladder that is finally, truly senior friendly? This ladder has deep steps to stand on with a gentle stair like rise plus a grab bar to lean into. All of the above makes for a very stable experience when you need to use a ladder. I don't feel like I am trying to balance on each step, like I have in the past with other ladders which are narrow. My doctor told me "no more ladders" at my of 70+ years. However, with this Jumbo Step ladder, I feel safe when need to change the smoke alarm battery or replace a ceiling light bulb, without having to wait til I can call for outside help to tackle my simple chores. It has allowed me to keep my freedom. Plus, it doesn't require a big foot print like most step ladders and is super easy to set up or fold and put away. Not to mention, this ladder feels solid when you are on it with no wobble, even though it is light weight. Though a tad more expensive than other ladders, it's worth every penny.

Expensive, but way better—in terms of design, build and usability— than the flimsy ones that you get for a fourth its price.

Schnell geliefert - Positiv wenig Verpackungsmuell. Die Leiter ist wie angekündigt. Sie lässt sich wirklich sehr leicht aufstellen und die 3-stufige ist perfekt für 2,5m Deckenhöhe. Ein sehr sicheres Standgefühl. Sehr bequem die breiten Stufen. Auch die Ablage in dem Bügel ist sehr praktisch. Wer sie hat gibt sie nicht mehr her! Zwar ist der Preis sehr hoch, aber dafür ist sie auch perfekt gemacht und wir hoffen dass sie auch lange hält.

Each step is a large platform which makes it very stable and comfortable to stand on. The grab rail can be folded down out of the way if you don’t want to use it. The whole unit folds up nicely. A really great product.

Greatest ladder ever. Wide steps, sturdy and wide feet. Just great for indoor use and washing and polishing the car. Very light to carry and stores very easily Love it. Worth every penny.
