This supplement is a great way to boost your overall health. I selected it to support healthy aging and provide some extra antioxidant protection and have been delighted with some other, unexpected side benefits. I am handling stress better, which helps me sleep better and thus increases my energy levels. I also feel like it is helping my digestion system and my skin has a more vibrant glow. I love that it contains a natural blend of ingredients including Amla, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Broccoli, Carrot, Garlic, Grape Seed, Green Tea, Prune, Red Beet, Spirulina, Selenium, and Vitamin C and feel it is a great way to support your health at any age! The capsules are easy to swallow. They have a smell I notice when I open the bottle, but no taste. I would not recommend taking these on an empty stomach as you may experience nausea or heartburn. I take 2 capsules with breakfast or lunch and that is working out for me. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day, which makes this a 1-month supply. This product is made in the Canada and seems to be high quality. I am looking forward to seeing what the long term benefits are after finishing the bottle.

The formula is scientifically developed to fill in the gaps where your diet might be missing in nutrients. I like that it has selenium in it, which is a mineral that is easy to miss. Selenium helps with metabolism, thyroid health and also supports the immune system. The formula also includes garlic, broccoli, green tea, red beet, spirulina, and Vitamin C. among a list of other ingredients. It comes in a vegetarian capsule that is easy to swallow. There are 60 capsules and the label recommends to take two daily with a meal, and everyday for the best support. I can offer a 5-star review without reservations!

I call this a multivitamin substitute because that descriptor is included on the Amazon page (and on the sticker they put on the bottle, though not on the label itself), and I feel like it will cover most of the bases I'm looking to cover. However, unlike a traditional multi, it does not list most of the amounts of each specific nutrient, just the whole food extracts. As such, it's difficult to tell exactly what all you're getting without fairly extensive additional research. Beyond that, the quality seems excellent. I have definitely enjoyed taking these in place of what I consider a regular multi. I like these types of supplements because I feel like I am getting bioavailable forms, though I have no way of knowing what all happens really. Two capsules is a serving and there are 30 servings in the bottle. It's a bit pricey for a one-month supply for me, on top of which they recommend pairing this with another product they sell. If I'm paying this much for a multivitamin-type supplement, I would really like for it to do the job on its own.

Got this as an immunity booster for flu and cold season. Includes a number of the common antioxidants like vitamin C, selenium, green tea, garlic and broccoli that I take individually all combined into one pill for convenience. Problem is the individual dosages aren't very high, with 100% or less of suggested daily consumption supplied, and two pills are needed to total that amount, So this bottle provides only one month's supply, with the cost of a daily dose pretty high compared to more mundane sources like a daily multivitamin. Can't comment on how well they work over long term use.
