I've been using Creatine for many years: 5g a day as recommended. However, recent studies have shown cognitive improvements in older people with 15-30g a day. Given that information, I wanted to find a high quality creatine supplement for a reasonable price. This supplement fit the bill. It is available in two quantities (I purchased the 2.2 pound), is free of any additives, and is 3rd party tested. 3rd party testing is important to me because I want to know I am getting what the supplement says I am. The creatine is a fine powder that is pretty much tasteless and mixes well in any liquid. I usually take mine in two forms: added to my coffee, or added to a protein shake. I don't notice a change in taste or consistency in either. I'm sure you could easily mix it into a glass of milk or sports drink and never even notice. The large container has allowed me to try larger doses for the cognitive benefits, and I feel it has benefited me. I haven't experienced any digestive discomfort and have been very happy with the quality of this product. For what you get: the amount, the quality, and 3rd party testing, the effectiveness; this is a tremendous value for the price.

This is my second time buying this product, and it has apparently changed suppliers/manufacturers since I last purchased. Previous product was a slightly less fine powder (more like baking soda) whereas this powder is seriously fluffy (like flour) seems to be similar quality although I have no way to actually verify it's purity. Seems to work, dissolves in water way better than the old stuff, like the new orange scoop. Cheap, easy, quality product it seems.

Very good product. We were able to tell a difference in our ability to work out and maintain muscle when using this powder, verses using gummies or capsules. Easy to use, just put a scoop in your water bottle in the morning and you are good to go. It has a slight taste (chalky bitterness), but it is almost unnoticeable and doesn't affect my taste buds. Plus a small bag lasts for a long time. It is a very fine powder, and a little scoop goes a long way. It is a good value for the money. It mixes well too, no clumping.

I've purchesed doezens of Creatine supplements over the years, some of poor quality. This is a really high quality product. Very little grit compared to others, though it's still there slightly that's to be expected. You'd have to purchase a micronized or HCL product to get ride of the grit completely but those are really bitter, almost sour. A great value for the money and just pure creatine without any garbage in it.
