First time wine maker here. Was looking for a good primary fermenter for a 3 gallon batch of wild grape wine. Ended up landing on this one. Very happy with my purchase. The 6.5 gallon capacity is the perfect size and it means I can scale up to a 5 gallon batch next year if I want. The container itself seems very good quality, and the lid and included air lock grommet seal very well and my first batch is currently bubbling away. I like that it has a carry handle so I can prep the grape juice in the kitchen then carry it to the basement to fermenter. Although I dont plan on using the charts and note taking areas on the side it is a really nice included feature

This is perfect for what I need. Since this is a 6.5 gallon and taller than a standard 5 gallon bucket I am using this for a bucket seat. The cushioned bucket seat top that I bought from Amazon is a perfect fit for this bucket. I thinking of buying one more for other purposes. I am this glad this bucket was reasonably priced for my needs. I will lastly say my bucket seat top snapped perfectly in to place with this bucket. I couldn't be happier.

Lids are VERY VERY VERY difficult to remove after they're on. But, no leaking or worrying about spills while moving when full. So you win some/lose some. I brew 5lbs of coffee in 5gallons of water in these and they are absolutely the perfect size! Very sturdy and worth the extra few dollar compared to the 5gallon buckets for portioning out my 5gal water/5lb coffee that won't fit in a standard bucket. Lid comes with a rubber lined hole.

Great quality, perfect fit for my needs, zero leaks, it was easy to install the heating element for my boil bucket.

I have been increasing my quantity due to volume of products ( trying to see if I can handle large amounts). The only problem is the lid is EXTREMELY hard to open. I can see if it was a screw off

Good quality bucket. I use it for a camping potty because it is taller than regular five gallon buckets, and the top fits those toilet seat pop-on covers.

Buckets used to be so cheap. The local building supply a 5 gal is $8.00 so these are pricey.

Just what I needed

It is pricey but not many other options on the Internet. Did found almost the same one in my local wine brewing shop and it was way cheaper, but if it's not an option for you than this does the job. Good quality, only complain is the price.
