Where is it made? China?

That would be my guess. I will say this though, I won't buy another "miniature" dagger. It may be 14" long but only 4"(approx) is pummel, and only 3/4ths of that is useable as a handle. The shear is cheap and pointless as it comes apart when the blade is drawn, and the blade will never hold an edge of any kind.

Does this have real leather?

Does not feel like real leather.
