I started taking these several years ago. Didn't really think they were doing me any good. However, after I stopped, I didn't have the boost of energy that I have now taking just one a day in the morning. Now that I'm back to taking one a day, I can get through the toughest days with no real aches and pains. Plus, these pills are easier to swallow than most of the other brands I've tried. They go down smooth with no after taste. All in all, I'm just glad I found something that works for me. Most other vitamins of this nature made me sick to my stomach. This is a strange one. Although the results are evident, even at my age, it affected my digestive system a bit . Definitely follow the directions for taking on an empty or semi empty stomach, however even when I did this . I still had minor digestive issues. Watery stool.

I personally saw major improvement i was skinny wasn't holding weight too well, I was strong but like a skinny swole after 3weeks I saw major improvement 💪🏻 on my chest arms and legs basically anything you workout id take 1 , 1 hour and a half before the gym with creatine while working out does the job but keep up with workouts dont expect.these pills to do everything ...

I felt nothing…..a cheaper supplement I was on before this I felt something but this I felt nothing…..it’s like all them ingredients listed doses are not accurate…..maybe it’s just me but this is a waste of money…..you been warned

Very good ingredients and I feel that the quality of the product is great. Your significant other will appreciate your "johnson" and combined with lifting, the benefits occur very quickly.

Took this with food for a couple days and developed stomach issues (the panic run to the bathroom type). Stopped taking it and symptoms went away. Started taking again and issues returned. Am convinced that it’s due to the product and not just a coincidence. Will not be able to finish the bottle. I do not recommend.

Was on this product for 2 months and noticed a definite increase in energy, took 2 capsules together in the morning and had lasting energy all day, however I didn't notice much of a difference with the lifting process or libido effect, it was more just energy increase possible from the shilajit. Will take again
