I have only used the egg press today for the first time and I was very pleased with the end product. if I had used a knife instead of the egg press I could not have produced such a fluffy and well chopped up egg. I would recommend this egg press and I will probably order another few for my family. I used the eggs in a sandwich today but I will use eggs next in a mixed salad. Love this gadget, it's easy to use, easy to clean and all done in seconds, (instead of chasing the egg round the bowl trying to chop it evenly). Saves the stress so well worth the money.

Like the design. What’s left of egg has to be pressed twice because some tends to ooze up side of press. Finished egg is just right for adding mayo

This is a fun way to mash eggs without making a lot of mess. It works like a potato ricer and gives finely mashed boiled eggs, even when the eggs are cold and have been stored in the fridge. I bought this one to take to my daughter in Canada as I already have one of my own.

Squishes out egg perfect for mixing with mayonnaise for sandwiches. Much quicker than using a fork. It's a bit messy and tends to push a large piece of egg white up the edge, but you can just put it under the lid again and squeeze it through. All in all, I'm pleased with it.

Saves so much time. A small amount of egg white gets past the plunger but you can just drop it back in the bottom and squeeze again.

Much easier than mashing with a fork. Easy to use, and to clean afterwards.

I love this egg smasher. I hesitated when parole said it was hard to use, but it’s not at all. I’m a 73 old woman with very little strength left in my arms and hands but I have no trouble squeezing the hard boiled egg in the little machine. I love putting it right into a chef’s salad or tuna salad or making egg salad. So easy! I squeeze once then open. There is usually a collar left around the smashing apparatus that I then put back in a smash that. I scrape the bottom of the smasher to get all that off too. Clean up is a breeze, I run it under hot water and it usually is all clean, ready to go again next time. So glad I bought this little gadget.

This was just the thing I was looking for to make egg salad fast.Easy to use - works just like a ricer or garlic press.1. Put peeled egg in holder and press through - it helps to level off the egg that comes out with the back of a knife2.I find that I have to open it up once, make sure the rest of the egg is in the holder and press again.Easy to clean - just rinse under the tap.The egg salad has a nice texture and I find I can use less mayo and still have it creamy.I love all the Joie products - fun and functional. I know when I see the Joie name that it will be well made and work.
