I bought these to help battle hair loss with losing weight. I don't think it is necessarily helping with growth, though, I have some shorter hairs near the front of my head. I think it has helped with losing hair as I have seen a little decrease of what I pull out when showering. I have started taking 2 capsules instead of just 1, though. Capsules are small and easy to swallow.

I had a severe illness and started losing my hair - it could have been from the illness or side effect from one of the medications. I asked my doctor about it because I was losing enough hair it was clogging the drain. He said to be patient, my body was busy healing vital organs and it would get around to my hair, but if I wanted to try something I could take some biotin, it might work. I did some research on biotin and also found out it helps with thin skin. My dad has been diabetic for years and also on blood thinners and his skin has gotten to the point where it kind of sloughs off when he scrapes it on something, leaving a sore. So I decided to get some and we'd both give it a try, couldn't hurt. It has really helped with my hair. I can't say my hair is pretty and shiny like it was before I was sick yet, but I'm not losing it anymore and that's a plus in my book. As the doc said, my body will get around to fixing my hair later. As for my dad - awesome! Why didn't anyone tell us about this for him!! His skin is so much stronger and a better color, he has way fewer breaks in it and it seems to heal up more quickly. I highly recommend this stuff - it's fabulous! Get yourself some!

I was skeptical if this would help at all, but my hair was coming out in clumps and I was desperate to make it stop. I no longer have huge amounts of hair coming out when I shampoo and my hair grew so quickly! Definitely worth it.

I like um. Very small & i take um everyday. Idk about the results yet but i been taking regular biotin for a couple of years. Edit: its been a week ; I swear my nails & face took cleaner!
