This is a staple in our household because it really creates a thick barrier that protects the skin. It works faster than most other brands I’ve tried, and you can usually see an improvement by the next morning. I’m giving it 4 stars because, while the thickness is what makes it effective, it is quite difficult to wash off your hands after applying it. It’s also a bit messy if it gets on clothes, but in terms of healing a stubborn rash, it’s definitely one of the most reliable products out there

This diaper rash cream works really well. It helped soothe my baby’s rash almost immediately and you could tell he was much more comfortable after using it. The cream goes on smoothly and creates a nice protective barrier to help the skin heal. It’s been very effective and has become something I always keep on hand. I’m really happy with how well it works and would definitely recommend it to other parents.

Cleared up irritation pretty quickly and helped soothe the skin fast. It’s thick and stays in place, so it actually protects the area instead of rubbing off right away. It can be a little messy, but that’s expected with how strong it is. Overall, it did exactly what I needed it to do and I’d use it again.

A must have for any newborn, baby or infant! From diaper rashes, to eczema, to heat rash, this Desitin will do wonders! I’ve used with all 4 of my kids when they were small. It truly works! Cannot recommend this diaper cream enough. Spend the money, you won’t regret it.

I know it is mostly for babies but I got it because I damaged my skin and someone recommended for healing, protect and clear my sking so I don’t get a scar. And it have been working really good. But it can clogged your pores so I don’t recommend for face.
