First time ever turfing rugs, this gun is amazing easy to use. I was intimidated at first, but as soon as I started using it, the intimidation disappeared. I definitely recommend for anyone getting into turfing rugs

I'll be honest, I was scared to use this gun. Im afraid of using power tools in general but I finally tried it after watching the recommended videos from tufting world. I'm so glad I finally when for it, I drew a design and began. Its not nearly as tricky as I thought it would be, its also so much fun. Two hours just flew by and now I'm looking to purchase yarn in bulk for my new life in tufting. This is a great beginner gun. This one will only do cut pile, theres another for looping. If you spend a little more you can get 1 gun to do both options. I didn' t know this when i purchased my gun but i have no regrets. As a person who loves to be creative but has problems with my hands and back i found the gun easy to figure out, I was able to undo my mistakes and try again. I'm so happy with this purchase. If you're interested, just do it.

First gun worked great for less than 20hrs of use. Came in poor packaging and then the metal piece that opens and closes the scissors snapped. Had a second gun sent out to replace the first one and this one came in proper packaging but after 30 mins stopped responding to me pressing the trigger. After a week of waiting for a replacement before i could finish the projects i am working on i was not happy to have received a second obviously defective gun. They worked with me tho to trouble shoot and get things back up and running

There's a possibility that it's a good product, but I don't really know because I'm new to tufting and there are basically no instructions included. There is a picture with some of the parts labeled (basic things like the power switch and the indicator lights) and there are a couple of pictures showing how to thread it. It also includes links to some Youtube videos that supposedly have more detailed setup and use instructions, but the videos are no longer available. After spending a couple of hours watching videos from other brands I was able to thread it and begin using it; however, the yarn keeps coming out and although I've checked the tension of both the yarn and the fabric and done everything I can to troubleshoot it, I'm not able to figure out the problem so the product is essentially useless to me. I have no way of knowing if the product is bad or if it's user error. I'm typically not a big fan of video guides as a replacement for paper instructions - I don't want to have to skip around in a video to find the information I need. It's much quicker and easier for me to just read the parts I need, although I can see the value in having videos as supplements. However, if sellers are not going to include written instructions, the least they should do is make sure that their instructional videos are kept available.

Super c’est la première fois que je manipule cette machine à tricoter je m’en sort pas mal,il faut surtout bien tendre la toile.pour les passionnés je le recommande

worked great. made a bunch of rugs with it. Finnicky to adjust, so recommend you watch some videos before getting in the weeds. The brushed motor on top can sometimes spark, no need to be alarmed. make sure not to let anything fall into the housing
