Why should I pick First Day over other brands?

Most brands cut corners with cheap ingredients that don’t work or could harm you. 40% of people can’t absorb folic acid, so we use methyl folate. And we skip artificial sweeteners, using just 2 grapes’ worth of organic cane sugar. You deserve better!

I’ve tried vitamins in the past but haven’t been happy. Should I try First Day?

97% of our customers say they prefer First Day. Why? We made it with doctors, parents, and kids for easy, enjoyable health routines. Great taste, clean ingredients—no compromises. Try it, and you’ll see why it’s loved by so many.

When can I expect to see benefits?

Consistency is key! Many families notice positive changes within the first 90 days. It’s all about making First Day a daily habit and letting those premium nutrients do their work.

What’s your satisfaction commitment?

Not happy within 45 days? We’ve got your back. Just go to “Get Product Support” on your orders page and click “Visit Support Website.” We’ll make it right—because your happiness matters :)

What do these taste like?

Think tropical paradise in every bite! Natural strawberry & mango flavors meet a blend of 12 organic fruits & veggies packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients. Delicious and healthy? Yes, please!
