Fantastic buy
Good quality. Does what it is made to do. Terminals alternate positive and negative on the same side rather than positive one one side an negative on the other. Using it to distribute power and ground for a diy flight sim panel. Works great.

Makes for good connections to the PI but needs a very small screwdriver for connections.
This is nice if you want to do a semi-permanent connection to your Raspberry PI. You will need a very tiny screwdriver to turn the screws on the terminals.

Great for newbies
This did exactly what I needed it to. I'm relatively new to the Raspberry pi world (novice-level experience in microcontrollers) so this breakout takes the guess work out of the gpios, as well as makes them easily accessible. Recommend

Beware of the fan.
It will not work with a fan. It needs 3-4mm taller it the pins underneath hit the metal fan housing and the heatsink. Now i need to make a spacer.
