Design and Installation
The design and look of this chimney is very classy and the functionalities are also good. Installation was very quick. The installation person Ganesh has explained the features very nicely.

Installation technicians will scam you
Product is good. But on the purchase end screen we did not get an option where we could click on installation. Neither did the description mention that the installation will take place free of cost. There was no information given to us even after the product was delivered. We had to call amazon to find out. THE TECHNICIAN CHARGED US 1500 INCLUSIVE OF A 1 METER PIPE and the core cutting guy (whose contact we got from the installer) charged us 1800. Please once a purchase is made call your customer and give them information about installation. After the installation was done Elica calls for feedback and says "we shouldn't have paid the installer since the installation was free". How will the customer know this if you don't alert them? Guys buying this product please consider going for an older brand that takes care of all installation and other information. This half hearted information only caused customers to burn a hole in our pockets. Very disappointed with amazon for listing products with incomplete information.

Good looking chimney
The product came slightly damaged. The Elica installation person managed to fix that and do a professional installation. The chimney looks good and is not very noisy.
