Fantastic & Essential Product
The product is fabulous. Its so convenient to have this around as a car with a dead battery is started effortlessly. My first trial for the Battery POack was to jump start a V8 5000cc Petrol Engine and it did it effortlessly. The device was at 100% and after usage to start one car it only came to 92%. I subsequently used it thrice to help friends start their Diesel & Petrol cars and its only come to 60%. Very good product... and i hope it continues to function as well for some years to come.

Worked flawlessly with my Mahindra Scorpio
I used this almost after 6 months of buying this product. I started my Mahindra Scorpio and it worked with no effort. Make sure you connect the clamps properly on the battery terminals.

Do not buy this product if you consider it for emergency usage.
Giving 1 star as I cannot give negative rating for this product. After using this almost 4 months I am writing this review. I was able to jump start my vehicle only 1 time after purchasing this product. Because, the battery inside this product is draining like anything. This product means to use it in emergency but at time of emergency there will be no charge to jump start your vehicle, even if you keep it charge for 2times in a week. So this product is not reliable if you really considering it use it during emergency.

Good product with powerful battery
So far I have used it twice with my car in last 1 month and every time it didn't disappoint me. Hope it last longer. I had one which I bought from US but that didn't last more than 2 years.

Received used product with scratches I returned it immediately and the hivagi team processed the refund within 15 days and regularly followed up till the issue was resolved completely. I changed my original review after this entire fiasco.

Needed it to boost my truck. Worked just fine. Compact. Easy to store for when needed. Was a cold, Canadian morning when I used it

J'ai acheté ce produit pour pouvoir booster ma batterie par temps de froid il y a 10 jours (2025-01-10). Je l'ai essayé ce matin. Ma batterie étant affaiblie durant la nuit. Ça n'a pas fonctionné. Moi qui ne voulais pas arriver au travail en retard ce matin, et bien c'est raté. Il a fallu que je sort mon chargeur de batterie durant 1h30. Si vous voulez recharger votre telephone, ça peut le faire sinon pour ce qui est des batterie de voiture, ça ne fonctionne pas a moins de n'avoir qu'une décharge de l'ordre de 50%. Meme pour ce qui est de charger le telephone, il ne fait que 2 recharges au max alors que mes batterie de perceuses en fond 4 min. Je ne recommande pas ce produit en definitive.
