The Earl Grey tea has an amazing aroma and tastes wonderful. I like to add a splash of milk to make Earl Grey milk tea. I used to drink a cheaper brand before, but after trying this one, I can notice a huge difference. I’m definitely buying it again.

Very mild. I have gastric reflux and cannot drink liquids with caffeine. This tea is mild and I do not get acid reflux. It is enough to fill at least 2 teacups. I dilute it just in case.

Great tasting tea....poor delivery though
This tea is fantastic! I have used it hot and as iced tea. Box was destroyed when received and teabags were everywhere, however, tea bags are enclosed in plastic so all was ok. They will stay fresh a long time :)

Missing product
The tea is excellent and I ordered five boxes. When they arrived, one of the boxes had been opened and one of the fifteen bags was missing. I tried to talk to someone at Amazon but was told that several orders had been made with my card number!

It is a good tea, don't get me wrong. Not all that unique and definitely not worth its price. However, I think that is personal preference. It does have a very strong bergamot flavor, whereas I tend to like more fragrant mixtures of Earl Gray. I am partial to lavender. It would be a five star in terms of quality, I just knocked a star off because of cost. Again, that's a judgment call you'll have to make, if it's a tea that you like then it's worth it. Not my pallet, It is a high quality tea though so don't let my review dissuade you. If you're somebody that wants less of the fruit loop smell and taste and a much stronger version than this is your tea. Basically if Earl Gray tetley tea And Ceylon tea had an illegitimate love child. That is what this is Which isn't a problem... Unless you're religious I suppose.
