Mango citrus flavour has a refreshing taste and it does not taste like other marine collagen, there's no fish like odour or taste to it. Also, it's best to consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. It's been a month I'm using this and I can see my skin gradually getting better texture wise, complexion wise.

Just too sweet for my taste. I usually take this before sleeping and I guess the sugar completely disrupted my sleep. Best to drink the unflavoured one. Still not sure of effectiveness. Have started a few days back. quality is good, pain relief, value for money
