Best Planner I’ve Used
I love these planners so much that I ended up buying them as gifts for my staff. They do a great job of breaking down big monthly goals into weekly goals and daily tasks, which really helps keep everything organized and manageable. The prompts throughout the planner are actually useful, and I like that you can use the layout flexibly instead of feeling locked into one system. The quality is also excellent. The cover feels super high quality, the paper is thick, and even felt tip pens don’t bleed through. It really feels premium. It’s not pocket sized, but it fits easily in a backpack and is about the size of a laptop. Me and my staff usually keep them on our desks, but they’re still easy to carry to meetings when needed. Overall, fantastic planner for staying organized and tracking goals.

Great for anyone; to keep you on task, organized, and positive.
Six years ago I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury. Since that time I still have trouble with my short term memory, and I have headaches daily which change in intensity. I have seen a neuro psych and a chronic pain therapist who both suggest that I keep a journal. That my life requires more planning than it used to. I have tried several planners, I prefer planners that have an hour by hour option for planning my day. It helps me get to where I need to get to. In addition to an hour by hour setup, I need to see the whole month it helps me to visualize when things are. I might not remember what day my dentist appointment is, but I will remember that it is a Wednesday. (It just helps for visualizing and remembering.) I like the week by week section, each week, I can take a few minutes to figure out the highlights for the week so I don't miss something important. Each daily page has a place for your daily habit, exercises, daily affirmation, what you are grateful for, why today will be great, today's priorities, to dos, schedule, notes, and end of day review for today's wins and how you will improve. Every night since my kids were little I asked them to name three things they were grateful for every day before bed and three things they really enjoyed from the day. Sometimes negative things can overwhelm good things, and when you stop seeing and appreciating the good things you just generate bad. I also think a grateful heart is a happy heart, even if the only thing my kids and I could be grateful for that that day was a juicy Apple, at least we had that. I like the grateful part in the morning, it sets up your day, but I would also add one at the end, in case you derailed somewhere along the day. This planner keeps me super organized, and keeps me positive. One thing they tell those of us with chronic pain, is that we should learn to meditate, to keep us in working order. I find it so much easier to meditate when my day is out of my head and on paper, otherwise when I would meditate I was afraid I would lose my day's schedule.

Craft a meaningful, productive life. Panda 🐼 Planner is 5 Stars!
Where have you been all of my adult life, Panda Planner? You have transformed my life & made my days more fun, organized, and productive. Thank you! You have me planning & planning to plan! 👩🏼 And it's sooo nice to unplug in the morning, and again at end of the day, I devote a total of 1/2 hour a day away from my devices- I have device-fatigue syndrome w my iPhone, iPad, iMac devices. Panda reminds me to let my thoughts flow from my head to pen & paper and I delight in the quiet time ritual where I can concentrate & unwind, free of interruptions. Love you, super cute, youthful- not too serious executive look. Beautifully crafted, designed and it is undated so it's PERFECT! Initially thought this was leather - it is not-,rather an eco-friendly softcover sturdy executive book and I get lots of compliments on it. THE BEST methodology & genius design to get you organized & meeting goals! I love planning, crafting to-accomplish lists, and having them in one genius book was the solution for my former confused state of affairs. Disarrray no more- now I am setting goals, taking my own inventory, and with this system in place, things are getting accomplished! Trust this tool will help you stay on pointe & in control of your affairs. I am achieving improved work/ volunteer/ financial/ life balance, and is so freeing. get a system that works so you can begin making the most out of each day. Enjoy the time management & scheduling sections- tons of space to write down/ add more entries as needed. I appreciate the heavyweight paper, easy to write on & I am dependent on my panda planner already. I save more time, money & avoid frustration from disorganization & searching for loose notes, forgetting things. Bonus - free video mini-courses included, and fun, complimentary extras. I like the inner expandable pocket to store loose papers, business cards, bills, They did not pinch pennies on this panda planner and I am going to order a few more for gifts. 240 pages of 8.5 x 11 100g paper weight pages that will organize your world. I do feel more relaxed, organized, disciplined, and happier because I now have more control of my time, schedule, and punch lists. The end of day review section is brilliant, so no loose ends, and improves flow, my mood. I am thrilled w this investment & I love my new go-to day planner. It tames my busy, chaotic schedule, and reminds me of all the blessings, and good things in my life. The top of each daily page begins with three numbered lines to write what " I'm grateful for.." ( living in abundance and a state of appreciation- nice:) Then " I'm excited about ..." section, a • Focus• box, and thankfully they did not leave out crucial • exercise• section. . love the signature cute panda 🐼 logo embossed on cover is a unique enhancement, I have never used anything as effective, and look forward to daily planning w pandaplanner. I loooove to write w my pen, and make lists, prioritize in writing. Everything seems to default to our smartphones or iPad calendars & apps, but I like to unplug and start my mornings off with this gem, end my day with its "End Of Day Review". Here is the icing on top ~ "Today's Wins" & "How I'll Improve" Very Zen, and ideal for a perfectionist like myself. Thanks for reading my review. Cheers!

The Panda Planner has helped me to be more productive and positive throughout my day!
The Panda Planner Pro has really helped me to stay organized and keep myself on track throughout my day. On the outside, this planner looks and feels like a journal. The cover is a soft cover and feels nice to the touch. There are three sections in the planner: a monthly calendar that is spread out across two pages; a weekly section, which allows me to reflect on my past week and plan for the new week ahead; and a daily section. I love how the planner incorporates a morning and evening (end-of-day) review (located in the daily section of the planner) because these reviews encourage me to take a couple of minutes out of my day to reflect on what I am grateful for, what I am looking forward to (the things that will make my day a great one), how my day went, and how I can improve on the things that did not work out so well for me on a particular day. Another good feature in the daily section of the planner is an area called "affirmation." Here, I can write a short note of encouragement, like a bible verse, that I can often refer to throughout my day to help me stay positive and uplifted. Overall, the Panda Planner Pro is a wonderful planner to have, and since I started using it about three months ago, I have seen my level of productivity improve and I feel more encouraged and positive about myself. The only downside to the planner, though, is that the lined areas of the planner are not very big (the space between the lines are about 1/2 cm apart), so I often find that I have to write really small in order to fit my writing between the lines. Other than that, the planner works for me.

Update.... excellent binder - daily shift your paradigm to a positive outlook
I have not received my planner yet, so once it comes in I will update this review. I have been a large Covey fan for years, but one issue with Covey is while it helps with organization it does not address the positivities of life. Taking time to reflect on the positives of the day and the areas to improve gives you an improved quality of life and not just keeping organized. From what I see, I think this binder will provide the functionality of a Covey binder, but incorporate constant reminders of what is good in my life and what I need to improve. Of note, in order to get content on how to fully utilize the binder, you have to write a review. While I can appreciate Panda wanting to know how their product is doing, it would be preferable if they would give you the training when you purchase a binder. The other courses can be offered after a review is posted, but I would imagine Panda would want to train customers as much as they can on how to fully optimate their binder so they can break away from the ones they used previously. More updates coming soon. UPDATE 10/18 - So I have been using the binder for a few days and so far I am very pleased with it. As with almost every binder it has the same time management functions such as monthly calendar, daily schedule, tasks, etc. What I like about Panda is that while it may sound clichéd, there is something truly psychological about the sections: 'What I Am Excited About?' and 'What I Am Grateful For'. I noticed the first day I took 5 minutes and thought about the things I am grateful and excited for this day, it immediately brightened my mood. I became excited about what I was going to do that day - albeit a small thing - it gave me a upbeat mood over it. I have found that during the day I more conscious now of things I can write in my binder that I am grateful. I am changing the stars from 4 to 5 because I love this binder and how it mentally changes my paradigm for the day within a few minutes. I will make one small suggestion for future version. The binder comes with 3 black ribbons which is perfect for marking monthly, weekly, and daily tabs. Maybe in future versions make the color of the ribbons different to show distinction. It is not a big deal, but it would help to find the page a little faster.

A Game-Changer for Productivity and Well-Being
The Panda Planner Pro has completely transformed how I approach my days. As someone who's tried numerous planners and productivity tools, this one stands out for its thoughtful design and impactful features. Firstly, the daily, weekly, and monthly layouts are intuitive and comprehensive. I love being able to set specific goals for each day and week, breaking them down into manageable tasks. This has significantly boosted my productivity by keeping me focused on what truly matters. The inclusion of sections for gratitude and reflection is what truly sets the Panda Planner Pro apart. Taking a few minutes each day to jot down what I'm grateful for has helped me cultivate a more positive mindset and appreciate the little things in life. The reflection prompts are also insightful, guiding me to learn from my experiences and continuously improve. Moreover, the quality of the planner itself is excellent. The durable cover and high-quality paper make it a joy to use daily. The size is just right—compact enough to carry around yet with enough space to write comfortably. Overall, the Panda Planner Pro has become an indispensable tool for both my personal and professional life. It's not just a planner but a holistic system that promotes productivity, positivity, and self-improvement. If you're looking to enhance your organization skills while fostering a more balanced and grateful mindset, I highly recommend giving the Panda Planner Pro a try.

Good Planner Overall, Not As Useful as a Business Planner
Purchased this planner at the start of the year. Was excited when I saw this planner on Amazon and planned on using it for the year. I have been using paper planners for 10 years, so I not new at this. The planner overall is pretty good. Quality seems to be holding up and it has a pretty good layout. The problem is that it does not work for me the way it is laid out and may not work for some people who use it for business, especially if you have lots of meetings and like to write notes. I would say this is a good planner if you are a freelancer or use a planner as a personal planner. I don't see it working very well for most business people. Like many people have commented, it is not a yearly planner. It has 12 monthly pages, 27 weekly pages, but the daily pages will fall far short if you use it 5 days a week, or 7 days a week like I do. It would have been very difficult to add daily pages for the year, but I don;t think that is clear to people who purchase this thinking it is a yearly planner like most planners are. This is really a 6 month planner. I'm a weekly planner type of person. I like to plan out my weeks on Sunday and map out what my week will look like and then use the daily pages for each day. The problem is that the monthly, weekly and daily pages are in different sections of the planner, you are supposed to use the ribbons to bookmark each section. Problem is that this does not work for me, I have essentially abandoned the monthly and weekly pages and use a piece of paper for my weekly plan and use it as a bookmark for my daily pages. Several other reviews have also noted this not being very intuitive. This planner is a mix of planner and inspiration/motivation journal. While I love that the weekly pages had some motivational/self improvement stuff, the same things are on every daily page as well. 1/2 of the weekly page is for things like, "my big wins", how i'll improve", "things to do to make this week great", "what i'm looking forward to", "habits to develop", "learn something new","passion projects", and more. I'm a self-improvement type of guy so I enjoy this stuff, but it may not be for everyone. Where the planner falls apart for me is that almost the same thing is on every single daily page as well, taking up almost 1/2 of every daily page. While I spend a good hour or so planning my week, I don't have time to take 30-60 minutes a day reflecting on my wins, aspirations, daily exercise, etc. After using it for 2 months it has become so repetitive that I stopped filling those sections out on the daily pages and get annoyed that there is so much wasted space on the page. There is a note box on each daily page, but it is the size of two postage stamps, so you are out of luck if you like to take notes during the day like I do. There are also no additional notes pages in the planner, so basically, no place to write notes anywhere in the planner, unless you repurpose the inspiration/motivation sections of the pages, but that doesn't work well with my OCD. If you are a business person and want to use it to manage your week, meetings and tasks, this may not be the best planner. If you are a freelancer or want to use it for personal stuff and enjoy spending lots of time writing aspirational stuff, then this is a good planner for you. I liked the aspirational stuff, it was just too repetitive and took space away from other, more useful sections a planner should have. I'm going to finish it out, but will be looking for a different planner when it runs out, which will be in mid-May for how I use it.

Impressive design, amazing tool
(review by wife, the user): I've used a lot of planners, and let me say this: I hate planners. Without reservation, I am a failure with planners, I cannot stand the Google calendar system because it's. not. real. I cannot flip it open in seconds and see actual information, and it's a pain to edit. I say this as a dedicated 'to-do' list maker. The problem is, to-do lists don't give you context, just a list, so you hang up, change it constantly, and it's hard to tell the priority. Plus, bits of paper end up everywhere. I cannot fathom 'bullet journals' because I do NOT have time to color code a ton of garbage and frankly I need to command my day, not take pictures of my journal for Pintrest. I'm here to work, not decorate. Enter my decision to get a Panda. I read a lot of reviews and I looked at the pages. I ordered, and have made the first few minutes at work official 'planning time'. That's really important because no tool can help if you don't use it properly, and that goes for hammers to this beauty. First off, I like the idea of priorities vs tasks. There are non-negotiable things that MUST be accomplished each day (priorities) and then there re the 'things to do', tasks. I like the separation of these things, and they go into the time schedule for the day. At first I thought, boy, that's not many priorities or tasks, but then you realize that's because YOU CANNOT DO EVERYTHING. We are human, do what's important. If there's time for the unimportant, do that, but be realistic about how much time things take. That's a big lesson I've learned. I'm starting to appreciate the behavior features of the planner as well. I had no idea what to do with them at first, because why am I writing down what I'm grateful for or my focus for the day? Then I tried, sometimes just a word. IT MATTERS. After a few days of purposefully doing these couple minutes worth of self-examination, it starts to change the way you view your day. Not profound yet, but just a shift in the way I approach things. I want to keep doing it because I see the value in reminding myself that my day was full of win, even if it wasn't perfect. There are no perfect days, but the day can be so full of success that you miss if you don't stop to appreciate it. My days are still pretty intimidating (so many big projects, so little time) but at least I feel like I'm in better command of them, and that makes this planner worth every cent. I'll definitely buy again, and I'm looking forward to my morning planning!

Fantastic planner and really helpful
I love this planner. I've never bought anything like it before but I now spend a few minutes at the start of the day getting organised and love the format, which helps me both look ahead to what I need to do and reflect on what I have already achieved/ lessons learnt. The latter has been particularly useful during Lockdown, as we all seek to hang on to our mental health!

A great life planner to keep you on track.
Another quality product from Smart Panda. I bought this to help plan for my retirement and set some daily, weekly and monthly goals. I particularly like the section for reflection and mindfulness to help maintain my physical and emotional wellbeing. It is so versatile, especially since it is undated so doesn’t matter when you start to plan your future adventures etc. Because you’re not going to be wasting a portion of your diary. Great for project and vacation planning.
