Does the extra piece pull out? Is it removeable?

The ID flap is sewn in and not removable.

I do not know for sure. I assume it is in the lining of the leather wallet. It could form an electronic cage blocking signals

Verificada, es de piel genuina, muy suave al tacto, muy cómoda, no tiene doble compartimiento para billetes lo cual agradezco porque jamás le eh visto un uso práctico, además de que da volumen innecesario. Es delgada y ya cuando la llenas no se engrosa demasiado con otras carteras, el empaque es normal de calidad, la cereza en el pastel sería una cajita de metal. Feliz con mi compra.
