A very good, sharp peeler. Really glad I bought this one. I read the reviews left by people who received it at a discount so I wasn't sure wether or not to believe the glowing reports. I've found it really easy to use and so did my mum who is left handed. After buying I was emailed by the manufacturer to see if I was happy, nice to know that they are a small company. Anyway, I am a fussy chef with not much time to spend peeling potatoes and was not disappointed.

This really is the best peeler that I have bought and there have been many over the years. Great quality, very comfortable in the hand and it works really well. The final test for me was when I peeled celery, it took a fine skin off and without messy stringy bits clogging up the peeler.

Great tool good value for money

I'd only used rigid peelers before but this makes peeling so much easier and quicker. I've had this for a year now and feels as sharp as it was new. Has been in the dishwasher several times. I typically peel carrots, butternut squash, sweet potato, courgette.

I bought two of these 'Peelers' in early 2017. Therefore, it is time that I reviewed them. I bought two so that I would have one in my home, and one for use when I visited my parents who are in their late 80s. I would not want to be without these peelers, I have used them regularly and they are therefore certainly tried, and I trust them always to do an excellent job of peeling, usually potatoes, but other things such as carrots, apples, etc.. They are a pleasure to use. Everything about using these peelers is excellent.

Very sharp, fits comfortably in hand, easy to use. Made me realise how dull my previous one was (over a decade old). Probably ought to replace these more often. Will buy again.

Husband threw last potato peeler in compost bin and refuses to retrieve. Bought another but could not peel thinly and uncomfortable for arthritic hand to grip. Tried the Spring Chef and, (once I noticed and removed the blue safety blade covering), it is easy to use, feels comfortable and peels thinly. Husband is now spared rummaging down his compost heap!

It’s a high-quality product that lets you peel things very quickly. One issue is that the blemish remover can sometimes get in the way and hurt your hand. I wish it was positioned differently.
