The TIRTIR Cleansing Milk Toner is truly a dry-skin girl’s best friend! You can apply a few drops to a cotton round or directly onto your skin, which is my preferred method. It feels absolutely wonderful and leaves my skin with a beautiful, dewy, hydrated glow. My face stays moisturized all day without feeling heavy or greasy. I also love the luxurious packaging—the thick glass bottle makes it feel much more high-end than the price point, especially when you can grab it on sale! The larger bottle lasts me about 8 months, even with twice-daily use, morning and night. One of my favorite things is the slight tackiness it leaves behind. It’s not sticky, but it gives your skin a little grip that helps makeup adhere better and keeps it from sliding around throughout the day. It almost works like a hydrating gripping primer! If you have dry or dehydrated skin, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It’s become a staple in my skincare routine!

Ok quick I got dry, sensitive, reactive, dehydrated, and eczema prone skin….🫩 ik so my skincare routine has been pretty basic for years and i wanted to up it up some more to really target persistent issues like texture, dehydration, dullnes etc. So originally I never used toner. I always thought it was just water and didn’t do anything and was a waste of money. And i do still kinda feel that way with “ph” balancing toners and using them on cotton pads (waste so much product), but as i got into korean skincare i started to realize that toners can help a lot with hydrating the skin and they often layer more watery products before locking it in with moisturizer. And if you know anything about dry or eczema prone skin is that we struggle to maintain water in our skin (aka Transepidermal water loss) at a higher rate than other skin types. So i realized just washing my face and moisturizing wasn’t enough for my dry ass skin. I needed to properly hydrate it (on the inside too, drink your water) and trap more water before locking it in with thicker creams/moisturizers etc. Okay that’s the back story of how i got to this point, so now i know what i need to do, now i just have to find products that aid in my goals. I saw a lot of people online with similar skin as me loving this toner so i bought it (also the packaging is so luxe to me). This is the epitome of nourishing. I kinda got obsessed with toners (and korean skincare) after trying this one and now use and try a bunch of them for fun but still this is the most hydrating and nourishing toner i’ve ever used thus far. Even some days it can be a bit much like my skin doesn’t need it that day, that’s how well it works. If you have oily or even normal skin i personally do not recommend this one cause it could break you out, try the light version but my dry or mature skinned girls your skin will literallly drink this up. I had bought a sample bottle first time i tried this and now im gonna buy the big bottle. Also has really nice and soothing ingredients that are good for your skin barrier but also the rice bran is a natural brightening ingredient. Once i finish up the anua rice toner im coming right back to this. I do want to try the light version for like the summer months or am though. It has a scent, some people don’t like but it’s not like perfume or anything idk but it doesn’t irritate my skin personally but with all new skincare products pls be cautious and listen to your skin. And also i thought the reason my skin didn’t looks smooth and plump was because i needed to exfoliate more but that wasn’t the case, my skin was just dehydrated. Now that i use toners and serums and layer my products aka trapping in more hydration my skin texture has improved tremendously. Also side note, i’m 23 but i always felt like my dull and dry skin made me look a bit older, so now my skin looks a lot more vibrant and juicy and youthful and feel i look more true to my age.

Pros: The TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner is one of my favorite toners and it's absolutely beautiful—it comes in this really tall, fancy glass jar that looks luxurious on my vanity. The milky formula is incredibly saturating and hydrating, with a texture that's noticeably thicker than typical watery toners, almost like there's a light lotion base to it. The TIRTIR seeps in beautifully, especially on my dry cheeks, and I've never had any breakout issues using it. I can see why this toner is so popular in Japan. I actually love TIRTIR products in general—their skincare and makeup work wonderfully for me, especially their cushion foundations. I got the TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner for my sister and mom too, and we all got both the original and lighter versions to compare. My skin absorbs the TIRTIR formula really well and it's genuinely helped support my skin barrier. Cons: The TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner has a noticeably thicker texture than standard toners, which might feel too rich for those with very oily skin types. If you prefer lightweight, watery toners that absorb instantly without any residue, this thicker milky formula from TIRTIR may require an adjustment period and might not be your ideal match.

I've been very impressed with this toner. The texture is light and milky, providing plenty of hydration without feeling oily or heavy on the skin. I bought this product after watching a You Tube where it was highly recommended for its anti-aging and hydrating ingredients. I have mature dry skin with some redness and brown spots from sun damage. Thankfully using anti aging products have faded the spots. Tirtir Milk Skin Rice Toner is reasonably priced and I was very pleased with the packaging. The lid is tight and the dispensing hole in the glass bottle has a little plug to prevent any leaking which I appreciate. With that being said the product itself goes on nicely however it remains a bit sticky or tacky feeling on my skin. I did notice others mention this in the reviews. I will definitely say my skin does stay moisturized without feeling dry under makeup all day and this pleases me. I gave it four stars due to the stickiness.

This is the first toner I’ve ever bought for my skincare routine, and honestly I totally love it! I reviewed this product after I used it completely. The texture feels very light weight and refreshing on the skin, but at the same time it gives such a soft and moisturized feeling. My skin feels smooth, hydrated and healthy after every use. I noticed that after applying this toner, the serums and other skin care products absorb much better into my skin. It makes the rest of my skin routine feel more effective and helps my skin stay moisturized for a long time without feeling sticky or heavy. I also love how gentle and soothing it feels. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all and gives a nice healthy glow. As someone new to skincare, I think this was the perfect toner to start with. I will definitely repurchase it again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hydrating and beginner-friendly toner!

This toner is SO good but the travel size is crazy expensive. Full size is worth it though. This toner makes my skin feel so nice and smooth before I apply my serum and moisturizer. I have acne prone sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate me or break me out at all, just makes it feel really soft and healthy.
