It should be able to. Not all of the colors will be as bright, but you can make the lamp lighter or darker to what you want.

You may not be able to buy a single battery - but you can get the battery on Amazon - just do a search

How to get lamp into pairing mode ?

1) Turn the lamp on. 2) Ensure your BlueTooth is operating on your phone. 3)Go down the list of devices until you find the relevant device (OC21W). 4) Pair it. Usually takes a few seconds.

Would I be able to have one in one room and one in another?

yes! you can’t with the remotes because they’ll turn both of them on/off but the app works great to manage both independently. from my experience at least.
