You won’t be disappointed!
My work Trike was stolen in January 2020 before I had a tracker. I was very lucky to have found it a month later but I I learnt from my mistakes and bought this Invovia tracker. I love this tracker! The look and feel of it, The ease of use and efficiency of it are also fantastic. I use it to keep my work tools and business assets safe while I’m out and about. I’m alerted On my smartphone instantly if senses any movement, I’ve tested it a few times by gently nudging the side of my work trike. The sensitivity of the motion detector is impressive. I love that I can open the app and quickly check that the trike is where it’s meant to be, it means I don’t need to worry anymore! The accuracy of the location is very good, I can also track how far I have traveled by the end of the day using the ‘where I’ve been’ function. Battery life is great, 3-4months!!! When I need to charge I just bring a power bank charger out with me and do it on the go! All in all I am very impressed and it’s great value for what you get, Especially with the included 3yrs subscription!!!! A fantastic product that does what it’s meant to!! I will be buying more Invoxia products as my business grows as it has proven very useful so far.

The worse purchase for years
I made two mistakes, the first when I bought it. The second when I desided to give it second chanse and test it better, and lost my return window. I use it in the car, placed behind glove box and under the dash, so there is thin plastic and windshield between device and sky. First of all, once you move into underground park device turns into 'lost' mode and even when you 'find' device through the app, it does not set itself up to active again. I have to remove glove box, reset device by button push, place it back, etc. Then reporting. It reports fine when it sits beside of the phone on the desk, but when in the car, it sends messages with significant delay. Say, last night at 2 AM i received message that my car is moved and now is in the village 40 km away. I was in this village at 17.00 this day. Messages just comes randomly and with that significant delay these messages just useless. It reports only if car stopped, it will not report if car is moving. Now, if car is stollen I would receive the message from the point where it was when it was stollen, and if car is moved to underground park, i will not receive the message at all. I purchased TruTrack tracker, which is reporting position correctly, and will need to sell this useless piece of junk. Don't buy it. Don't trust youtube reviews. You will regret

Great - if you have coverage
With a product like this, the perception of its usefulness is very much going to come down to its coverage, rather than the device itself. To summarise, when this device has coverage, for me it's at the "5 star" end - it's compact, easy to use, does what it says on the tin. I took it to Amsterdam over the summer from the UK, and it worked just great. The problem is, if you don't have coverage, it's basically just a small brick, and you can't necessarily know you will have coverage before you buy it. I'm in an area where it looked like *maybe if I was lucky* i would have coverage at home, but it turns out I don't. If, however, I travel to any cities, then yes, it does. I was particularly keen to know whether it worked in Scotland, and it certainly works in Edinburgh. It's a great little device. I've not had it long enough to know if the battery lasts 6 months, but certainly it's great that you can just chuck it in a bag and forget about charging it for quite a long time. (Unlike my other tracker which lasts all but a day). My main gripe apart from the fact coverage is not ubiquitous, is that there are not more options for attaching it to things - including my child. Although it's about the size of an apple remote, that can be a bit big for a child's pocket and there is not much way to secure it. However, for concealing in something like a laptop bag: perfect. The app is pretty basic but seems to be reliable, although somehow they've made it feel harder to use than it ought to be - i would describe it as "sufficiently functional"

Love it
Love it! It's fairly accurate (at least when it's parked at my house). The best feature of all is I get a notification within 5 seconds that my motorcycle has been touched! Most of the time there are "accidents", i.e. my flatmate coming back home and touching my bike whilst she parks hers. Or when I park on the street in London, because everyone parks like sardines, inevitably, someone who's parking next to me or is leaving will accidentally (or on purpose) hit my handlebars. HOWEVER, there have been some times that cannot be explained. Just to add, I also have a cheap alarm system (£12) installed, and whenever somebody touches my bike BOTH the GPS tracker lets my phone know its been touched AND the alarm device sounds a short alarm if it was a single touch. As I said above, mostly it's been harmless stuff (like flatmates or somebody parking next to me). BUT, a couple of times I got a notification and I quickly ran from my room (takes about 40 seconds) to the outside of the house (massive house so can't do it too quickly) and there was either nobody, or I saw some people further away just going around the corner. And one time when I parked at my car driving instructor's place, after 30 mins when we left on the car the notification came in. Luckily, the bike was still there, which I attribute to the alarm sound that people will immediately hear once they touch it plus a decently sized chain and a good disc lock. I don't know if those unknown touched were thieves but there's no reason to say it wasn't. Either way, it certainly has benefits that you immediately get notified if somebody touches the bike!!! One thing to note, is it only tracks the exact location once stoped. So even when I ride the bike myself, it will only show the location on the map once I parked (arrived at home, petrol station, friend's house, etc.). I'm not sure if there's capability of live tracking? Maybe if you report it as stolen? But hopefully I will never need to find this out.

Nearly pointless and quite unreliable
Absolutely pointless! Doesn't give an accurate or upto date location. Way too many false alarms too. Often doesn't connect to my Bluetooth so has no idea to disarm when I'm riding. I had mine on my motorcycle. Sometimes I could leave my house and ride for 20 mins before it registers my bike had been moved. No functionality to request a real life location of your tracker through the app, you simply have to wait for it to update again.... not fantastic when your property has been stolen and you want to track Don't waste your time or money until invoxia decide to add the option into the app to ping the trackers location in near real time 15-20 mins between each ping is pointless when your possessions have been stolen and are on the move. Edit: I have returned for a refund. I took this tracker on a 4 hour round trip to see if movement was detected and reported to me. Despite me opening and restarting the app numerous times it still showed my last location. That's a 4 hour window where my bike may have been stolen and could be half way across the country!!! Worse than useless.

Excellent piece of technology
This tracker is excellent for lots of reasons, I have This one placed in the bottom of my camera bag, to the average person it would just look like some piece of photography equipment. I can keep a track on it using my phone,so I know where it is all the time. The charge lasts for ages, and it's so simple to use, no extortionate monthly costs.

Almost could have been so good...
Great concept but not fit for purpose. I bought this to alert me to my bike being moved/stolen. The app works well and the device is compact and light but coverage is too patchy. At home in Edinburgh EH16 I get no response from the unit. In the centre of town on a 4th floor office it works great, touch it I get a movement alert. Turn it over I get a change of inclination alert. But on many occasions I get no movement alert or 5 min updates when it's moving. The image is a road trip I did to London and back. When I was moving I should have got an update of position every 5 mins. And you can see it hasn't reported as being back in Edinburgh and has a last report out to the east of Edinburgh. I also messaged Invoxia for support and got no response but have since had an automated email asking if I was happy with the support given. I'm sending this back for a refund and investing in a See.Sense Air which will use the Vodafone IoT network and not Sigfox.

Poor network coverage in UK
I've been using this tracker for a few weeks and I can absolutely advise you not to buy it. It was used on my bike commuting 36 miles to London. Within this commute I got maybe one position log and sometimes none at all. As I live outside London there is no network coverage there so I was getting no position logs at all. Once arrived at my place of work in London I got one position log (as maybe there was a better network signal) but even that position was not very accurate (out by at least 100m). As a theft prevention device this is a very poor implementation device and completely useless in areas with poor network coverage. It may be a nice idea (no subscription payments) but it simply doesn't work in this country. Maybe there is a better Invoxia network coverage in France and it may be working fine there, but here just save your money - don't buy. If you want a tracking device in this country buy only one that relies on mobile network coverage. Very disappointed with it but thanks to great service from Amazon I was able to return it for a refund.
