I recently purchased the VIDOME RE007 knife sharpener, and I’m genuinely impressed! It has completely transformed my knives, giving them a razor-sharp 15-degree edge that makes cutting and chopping effortless. The diamond sharpening and four-stage system work beautifully for both straight-edge and serrated blades, and I love how user-friendly it is with the touch-screen controls and precise angle guides. The build quality is excellent – it feels premium and sturdy, with a non-slip base that keeps it steady while sharpening. The fact that it sharpens quickly (just 50 seconds for first-time sharpening!) is a huge plus. It even handled my scissors and outdoor tools with ease. The only thing I wish is that it were a bit more affordable. But considering its performance, versatility, and elegant design, I’d say it’s worth it, especially if you value well-maintained, sharp knives. Highly recommend it!

I am very satisfied with the performance of the knife sharpener. Previously, I used a manual knife sharpener, but its performance was not as effective as this electric knife sharpener from Vido. I also truly appreciate the customer service team for promptly resolving a minor issue I encountered. Wow, a great way to sharpen all your knives quickly, easily and efficiently. The unit is by far the BEST sharpener I have ever used. I work in a commercial kitchen and it is great to keep your knife in tip top condition. It is very safe to use and grips well to any surface for a fast sharpening or a quick touch up. It is by far the best value in a knife sharpener I have found and works SO well.

It didnt sharpen our knifes. It proceeded to attempt to recreate an edge on our knife in the middle of the blade, causing it to become scratched to the tip of the blade. It didnt attempt to sharpen the blade evenly. It didnt start to sharpen it until a little bit down the blade,not where we entered the knife at. It was duller than when we started to sharpen it. I wouldnt spend $10 to buy this again.

Super easy to use and does a great job. Not as loud as I thought it would be. 3 stages of sharpening does a great job. Worked great on metal and ceramic blades. Much easier than the manual method.
