This grill has performed beautifully. It's easy to use and the food tastes great. The instructions were problematic because they used diagrams without wording. I guess it's because they sell these all over the world and don't want to print a 40-page assembly instruction booklet in multiple languages. That would not be a problem if the diagrams were accurate. The first one was way off and it took me nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to get started. From then on the diagrams were fine and it went together without a hitch after that first segment. Then I started making delicious hamburgers and chicken.

Then item was very good, solid. However, the assembly instructions were awful. I am an engineer and couldn't make sense of them, YouTube videos were extremely useful, the manufacturer should take some of these videos as an example of assembly.

I am really enjoying my new grill. Have done lots of steaks and chops but also just did a small (13-lb) turkey last week. It turned out very moist and wonderful (I placed a container of water in with the bird). I debated about 2- versus 3- burner and am perfectly satisfied with the 2-burner configuration. The cooking surface area is the same in both and I really do not anticipate having to use all the area for intense-heat cooking. Plenty of room above the two burners for up to six large steaks and/or large chops and I usually only do four. I was advised I would have to devote a day to assembling it but it really took no more than two hours from opening the box to completed BBQ. The instructions are quite good and there is also a video. Three-burner would obviously take longer, but I don't think it should add that much time as it should be the same as installing the other two so you would know exactly what to do on #3. easy to clean when doing staks, etc., I just leave the burners on for about 10 minutes after removing the food and the grills are easy to clean with a good BBQ brush. I cooked the turkey on a foil-lined baking sheet I just placed on top of the grills so it was very easy to remove and clean. The BBQ is quite well-made and strong. It is a Weber!

Extremely well packaged and easy to assemble. Solid, well-designed construction. Perfect for 2-4 person family get together featuring outdoor grilling. Easy to maintain and clean. Overall, very happy with product purchase. Have previously owned Weber BBQ products throughout the years and they have never disappointed me. Sure, one pays a little more vs competitors' products however, the Weber has a much better reputation and warranty. Can recommend this 2-burner BBQ grill without reservation. Buy it.....you won't be disappointed!

This is the most disappointing purchase and I will never buy Weber again. I bought my original Weber 2 burner grill for a little less than what I paid for this replacement. The first one was sturdy and well made. Everything on the new one is lightweight and cheaply made. The side plates don’t fold down, the metal is bendable/ flexible. Even at the highest setting, it barely reaches 400. I don’t believe it will last long. If Weber is licensing their name to Amazon, they should rethink this unholy partnership.

Great quality! I have a Weber Charcoal bbq going on 12 years and the igniter still works! This grill should complement it and hopefully last as long!

Love this BBQ, although the only down side is there is no started button so you have to light it.

Cheap garbage, started rusting after 4 months only (two panels), frame sags with propane tank inside, metal is so cheap feeling. Regret buying this overpriced BBQ.
