I have plants, 2 months later!!!
I received the roots in April 2026 and have plants now in June. All of it came up. I YouTubed how to start it. I got an aluminum pan added water to cover the bottom, about 1/4 inch and soaked them for 3 days. I'm in zone 7 and I planted them in a raised bed that gets morning sun. With all the fake turmeric supplements, I'm excited to see what I will harvest.

Terrible quality.
Very, very poor quality. These tubers were shriveled, mushy, dried and hard. This product would not even be worth adding to compost pile. Very disappointed. Seller should be ashamed sending this out. There is a no return or replacement the item.

These turmeric rhizomes are NOT FRESH!
These turmeric rhizomes were NOT FRESH! I attempted to sprout them the same way I sprout my fresh ginger, and they did not respond. Theyโre as dead as a doornail and eventually just rotted away!

They looked dehydrated and dark, not fresh.
The roots were dehydrated and had dark looking spots on all them. Did not even look good enough to eat. I purchased them to plant, so I went ahead and planted them with 2 roots to each spot. If I can, I'll return and give a different review according to how well they sprout and grow... They did not sprout. I lost my money.
