HULISEN 21.6cm/8.5in Burger Press, 1.15 kg Stainless Steel with Wood Handle

This is a very high quality tool. The weight is very good, and holds down bacon that likes to curl up. Which is horrible if you want a crunchy rind and fat that is rendered. This would be great on a bbq. It can absolutely handle the heat. The handle being wood never got hot. Easy to clean. The underside has no ridges and is completely flat, which I wanted. You can even use it for grilling sandwiches, burgers. It’s just so good. I know this tool will last longer than my grill I have! That reminds me I need a new grill…..

Been using for a couple years. Great quality, heavy, hasn’t warped, been through the dishwasher weekly and hasn’t rusted and the handle is still good. Ideal for steaks due to the weight.

Certainly one of the best things I bought in a long time for my kitchen. Of course it's great for smashing burgers but it's also heavy enough to just press any meat or vegetables down. Even butter on bread tastes better. 100% recommended.

A burger press was very high on our list when we got ourselves a flattop grill recently. I was hemmin and hawin which one to get and frankly getting a little overwhelmed by all the choices out there. In cases like that I usually go middle of the road in terms of price, and hope that it works out. Finally picked this one because it's what the guy in one of my favorite grilling YouTube channels used (before he came out with his own design) Having no experience with any other burger press (this is the only one I have ever used), I was very happy with this one. It has a good weight that makes it very easy to smash a 3 oz meatball. I really like that it's made out of stainless steel, so it is super easy to clean and it won't rust. The build quality is solid, the handle feels comfortable. I would totally recommend this one. I got the round one because I only see myself using it for burgers, I didn't even consider using it for bacon or anything else Now that I've used the griddle a few times, I can see that it would be just as easy to smash with a spatula, that just takes a while to get the technique right. Using a press like this makes it foolproof, perfect smash every single time. It's really up to you if you want to get another griddle gadget, but now that I have one, I will use the press any time I make smashburgers.

Very well made and heavy. Stainless steel is easiest to clean which is useful. It's a flat surface without any pattern on the bottom. Easy to use!
