Bought for my husband and son. They both highly recommend it!

Been using this for many many years. Its pricey but well worth it if senstive skin is an issue.I hope they never stop making this. Wet skin well with warm to hot water. Apply when beard is wet and soft and you will be pleasantly surprised how well the razor glides on your face without ANY irritation!

Clinique provides an outstanding shave cream experience with their Cream Shave. A little goes a long way. It takes just a few dabs spread thinly over your skin, for a smooth, close shave. And without needing to apply much Clinique Cream Shave, the cost saving adds up fast compared to traditional foamy squirt-can shaving cream. If you're new to this line of shaving cream, it's a gentle, fluffy cream and when first applied gives the skin a very slight numb feeling which helps in the comfort of a smooth shave. Try this with good blades for a close, comfortable, no-mess shave! As with all my reviews, I am writing after using, trying and comparing this product with others. Hope it helps. I absolutely recommend this cream shave option and it's my go-to shave solution!

This shave cream is the “creamy” kind and the not “puffed up with air” kind, which means a little goes a long, long way. That’s good because it is very expensive. Be careful when ordering. What looks like a bargain can be for a tiny 2oz size rather than the more common 4oz size found at the Clinique counter in stores (back when stores were open.) But if you hit the lottery, this stuff is definitely worth it. Most Clinique products are hypo-allergenic and fragrance-free and many people find that well worth it, too. Use just a dab and you can make that 4oz tube go a long way. You probably won’t regret it.

This is great shaving cream and particularly good for travel. You use very little at a time so it lasts much longer than a similarly sized foam or gel. One star knocked off because the same item is available on the Clinique website for the same price but with no $4.00 delivery charge (as of December 2014). Pricey at $16, super-pricey at $20.

My husband has extremely sensitive skin. There’s many shaving creams he has tried and cannot use. I originally purchased him a Clinique travel set from a beauty retailer and now he can’t live without this stuff so I’ve been ordering from Amazon. We will continue to tell everyone how well it works. He loves the closeness of his shave, and that his skin does not have any reaction, which is extremely impressive given how limited his options are.

This is the best product I’ve found for preventing most irritation from shaving. You don’t need to use a lot so it lasts a decent amount of time and I wouldn’t trust anything else.
