Worked great the first time. Super great. Mmhmm. Yep. Anyway, the next day, I heard this CRAZY noise coming from my bedroom. Apparently, Wanda (that's what I named her) had turned herself on (as one does) in my nightstand drawer. It sounded like a jackhammer in the wall. So, once I figured out where that hellacious noise was coming from and stopped panicking about whether or not someone was outside my house trying to break down the walls, I turned her off. Well, I tried to turn her off. I had to press all the buttons multiple times while her lights blinked at me like she'd been possessed by a hell demon. Probably an incubus. Anyway, 2 minutes later, she came back on. If she was a guy, I'd be impressed with a 2 minute turn around. However, for a BOB, this was less than amusing. I managed to turn her off again, with much button pushing, cursing, and muttered lines from that movie Constantine. Then she came back on again. So, I plugged her in to shut her up. That worked, but then I realized she was going to be fully charged and ready to go demonic again. My friends in the group chat, after much laughter, told me to just use the damned thing until it died. Excellent advice. After a couple hours of thoroughly wearing myself and Wanda out, we passed tf out. That was the BEST SLEEP of my life. Woke up the next day, and plugged Wanda back in to see if the "full reset" worked. She didn't light up when I plugged her in. Sadly, she still has not charged after 24 hours and will not turn on. So very sad. And no refund or replacement offered. I have a feeling it's because I had her in the tub with me for our first go-round. Buyer beware. Wanda doesn't like a bath and will go full nightstand drawer smashing demon if you submerge her.

Worked for 7 months- then quit- won't take a charge nothing. Waste of money UPDATE: Seller reached out and offered a full refund-Great customer service in this day and age for sure! Changed to 5 stars because of the great customer service

A very affordable massager that punches (vibrates?) above its weight. Mine was purchased in December 2020. See other positive reviews, because I agree with them. Here are some unique points (scroll down for pulse pattern numbers and descriptions): - The VibeMax wand comes with a 50% charge...so it's ready to go right out of the box. - Do NOT use the wand while it's charging!! - It's powerful but NOT whisper quiet like the marketing says. Even the lowest setting is quite strong. If you are in a room with the door closed though, you should be good. - Speaking of which, the lowest setting should have been the default setting and then go higher as you click the button. Instead, it starts off in reverse order, most powerful first. - SLOWLY put the charger plug/connector in. Otherwise you may break it or tear the waterproof seal. - You will need to use your smart device's USB to power adapter. Or plug it into a computer's USB port. Newer automobiles have USB ports too! - Yes, it can be used for the advertised purposes. Feels good on the neck and shoulders for sure! - Buy a replacement charger cable...just in case. - Get the extended warranty...just in case. - It is indeed waterproof BUT not watertight. Just don't leave it submerged. This is no different than a waterproof smart phone. - This is my first massager, so I'm not sure if they all are like this but the entire thing shakes...so your hand can get a little numb after too much prolonged use. - Depending on your power adapter, it will take around 90 minutes to charge. DO NOT OVERCHARGE IT! Leaving it plugged in overnight is a bad idea. This is true for any device, really. - The little user manual says the lights will go out after it's fully charged. Mine never did, even with a three hour charge time using different power adapters. I wrote down some descriptions of the pulse pattern settings. Numbers corresponding to button presses after it's turned on: *0 - Constant, no pulse 1 - Four 1 second pulses then 3 seconds constant pulse 2 - Three 1/4 second then 3 seconds long pulse 3 - 3 seconds of medium-high pulses then 2 seconds long pulse *4 - Constant short 0.3 second pulses 5 - Three 1/3 pulses then 7/10 second longer pulse. 6 - 2.5 seconds of 1/10 pulse then 1.5 second long pulse 7 - 23 0.4 seconds medium pulses then a long 3 seconds constant 8 - Seven 0.2 seconds pulses, four 0.4 seconds pulses, one 3.2 seconds long pulse 9 - Three 0.2 seconds pulses, one 0.6 seconds pulse, 2.2 seconds of machine gun pulses, 1.7 second long pulse, 24 0.3s pulses, 3 seconds long pulse, 10 - Four 0.5 second pulses, one 1.2s pulse. 11 - Three 0.4 second pulses, one 1 second pulse. 12 - Twenty-three 0.1 second pulses and One 0.6 second pulse 13 - Eight 0.3s pulses and one 0.8 second pulse *14 - Constant 0.3 pulses, faster than setting 4. *15 - Constant fast machinegun (0.1 second pulses) *16 - 0.4s pulses 17 - Four 0.5s pulses, one 1 second pulse, Three 0.4s pulses 18 - One 0.8s pulse, Eight 0.2s pulses, One 0.6s pulse, 23 slow machinegun pulses 19 - Four 0.3s pulses, fast machinegun for 2.5s, * = constant pulse. My favorite settings are 0, 1, 3, 4, 7, 14, 16 and 17. I would definitely buy one of these again if it breaks after my 3 year warranty is expired. If it does break, I'll update this review.

I've been having this crook so I ordered this hoping it would help make my life a little bit better. When I saw it was delivered I rushed home because I wanted nothing more than to finally have some relief you know from the crook. I opened it up and when I say I didn't even charge it before I started massaging my crook. Well let me just say Vibemax more like Vibeboo better yet I'm in love. When I say I died and went to heaven I mean it. I went to the upper room. I had the best outer body experience ever. I was looking down at myself getting the crook out. Like I wasn't worried about anybody walking in on me getting the crook out because I wasn't even in my body. In like minutes the crook was gone but I felt it slowly coming back. So I tried the different settings each making it go away and slowly come back after the 8th time trying the 8th setting the crook was completely gone. I'm disappointed I didn't try the other 12 functions but I'm sure I will have another crook and can definitely use it again. OVERALL SO FAR THIS WAS THE BEST NECK AND BACK MASSAGER I HAVE EVER. IT REALLY REALLY GOT THE JOB DONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GETTING ONE. If I could give this more stars I would!!!

I ordered this to replace my wand that plugged into the wall, bc it finally died. I liked it bc I never had to worry about batteries dying, and I assumed that it was the most powerful anyway. THIS wand is far less cumbersome than the one with the cord, is waterproof, and has much stronger depths of different vibration You can adjust the speed of ten different settings, so you can find your own sweet spot. It comes with a discreet pouch to keep it dust-free or hidden when not in use. It is by far my favorite massage tool. The actual time you have on each charge will depend on how you have it set- how fast, how strong, so you may have to charge it sooner than it says. Charging it every other time after it is used seems to be the happy medium for it not dying and being a real buzz-kill during usage. Enjoy!

I am in the middle road with this product. Let me start with pros: its powerful and I love the waterproofing. Its quiet, yes, I dunno about whisper, but you can get away with it lol. Now the cons: the rechargeable battery is great and all, but I feel a battery back up would be a life changing add on. Here's why.. the charger is not universal by any means. It's much smaller than even a headphone Jack. So, when you lose the charger (like I did during my move) there is no alternative other than to buy new ones. Which they offer...now. I got my original in March 2018. I loved the product until it broke, about 4 months later. Now, I have another toy I've had 7 years, still working. So you can imagine ny upset after 4 months. When I emailed the company to get a replacement, I figured I'd have zero issues, due to the claims of "100% guarantee" etc. Instead, I was met with reluctance and almost a snide tone in the return email, as if they didn't believe me. I offered to not only return their broken product, but pay to return it as well. I also offered pictures, I felt I was working harder than I had to to get this resolved! I was irritated with response and tone of the email. They then conceded to giving me a replacement, without me having to send them the old one. However, the tone of that email was as if I was being chastised like a child. In so many words or less, it was as if they were "doing me a favor, when they normally don't" type of speech and as if I was being told "dont break this one, it's the last you'll ever get". So, yes, I got the replacement after a bit of a huff and left that transaction with a very bad taste in my mouth. Didn't care for how they handled that at all. So, new product, so far so good, except the charger issue. Yes, that's my fault, but um back to spend more money now and wait once again for my "relief" to arrive in the mail. I did 3 stars due to the experience as a whole. I'm not just buying your product, I'm doing business with you. And of you cant be professional, I don't care if you have a 10 star product, it wont save bad manners. The only reason I'm not just getting a new system altogether is due to lack of funds. The chargers aren't much, so I digress. Though I wont be doing business with them again, if we are only talking about the product itself, yeh,it's good. Does the job. But I'm not leaving wowed..
