It definitely works and it was a great purchase but I got the grey band instead of the blue and I definitely ordered it because I liked the blue band. But in the end I switched out the band and put on my old white one from my other watch so it's become just like my old one🤣😂 but Soo far I haven't had any issues with the battery and it runs perfectly fine was easy to connect.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He is still learning some of the ways it can work but he loves it. His old one was a different brand so there a a few differences. I love that they keep updating them as I bought the same one for myself a year ago and it keeps popping up with new ways to use it. It's great to use as a phone and not have to have it as a licenced phone line. The only thing I don't like is it has to be charged everyday but it doesn't take very long to completely charge.

I bought the excellent version which based on the description, shouldn't have any noticable scratches. Well, as soon as I opened this, there were 3 prominent scratches and some other smaller ones. 2 of them were deep. It's hard to show in pictures but I tried my best. This was kinda disappointing. I understand it's renewed but for excellent, I was hoping for better cosmetically. With the exception of my phone, all my electronics are refurbished so I do know what I'm getting into and have certain expectations. Anyway, watch connected fine and battery life has lasted a full 24hrs and more. Charged to 100 at 7:30 am and the next day at 6:30 when I woke up, I still had 50% left. Note that I have always on display off and tap to wake on. I have done a 30 minute walk and the battery drained about 15% which I think is fair. Having to charge it once a day is fine with me. Watch band was different than the one pictured. Aside from the scratches, everything else met my expectations.

Great watch but do not buy refurbished or renewed from this seller. Seller not helpful and unwilling to work with me on a return or replacement of my watch. I had it less than a month and it never calculated the steps right, wouldn't charge properly and it took me hours to set up with my phone because it kept shutting down. Took them a week to get back to me about a return error when I tried with Amazon. Contacted Amazon Customer Service which were VERY helpful and got me my money back.

I am always a little wary of refurbished products, but I have been using this daily for a couple of months now, and it's been great! I did buy extra bands and chargers, but have had no issues with the ones that came with the watch either. I haven't felt like I need a newer model at all, and it's been more than worth the price I paid in helping with fitness and sleep tracking. I charge it while in the shower in the morning, and haven't had issues with it running out. I got the wi-fi model since I just use it when I have my phone around anyway.

I love the watch. Only problem is it has a short battery life. It needs to be charged daily.

To watch work just fine it's just a seller had the wrong description of the watch he advertised this as being an excellent condition but it has stretches on the front of the glass as well as on the back. That is the wrong category. He did advise me that I can send it back for a refund. But before that he offered me a 5% credit back to my Amazon account my card and then came back and said they could not do that and that I had to send it back. So be careful when you buy from certain sellers when they advertise things.

I love the batter life spand. The charging last a whole day. The set up was easy. The features are amazing. The only thing I wasn't happy about, was that I order with the blue watch band and I got the grey on.

Arrived quickly. Well packaged and presented. Absolutely excellent watch. Extremely happy with both it and the service I received. Value for money
