Source Tactical Gear Universal Magnetic Tube Holder Clip (Black)

Nice little extra bit of kit! ties the whole thing together! Wrangles my h2o hose when I just let it drop!

I use the Ultimate Direction hydration pack for my long runs and for shorter runs on hot/humid days. The only thing lacking with this pack is a way to keep the tube in place, and this Source Tactical Gear Magnetic Tube Clip set does the job. I love it! Works great: keeps the tube in place, the magnet is very strong..... the clip part slides up a little sometimes, but it is easy to push back in place. Highly recommend for those who need/want to convert an existing hydration pack to one that can hold a tube in place. This performed well for many long runs and 3 half marathons run in the space of 6 weeks.

I was using hook-and-loop loops to hold my hydration tube on my plate carrier, but the tube was too short and I had to undo one of the loops to take a drink. I got this and clipped it to the loop instead, and now it's way easier to take a drink and then just let it secure itself after.

Purchased for trail running in conjunction with a Platypus hydration bladder and an Osprey vest. Very strong magnet, magnet and clip both stay in place, and easy to pull the hose on and off the magnet while trail running. I liked it so much I bought a second one so I could clip down my hose in two different places and keep it more secure. Not sure how well the cheaper similar items work, but if I need another of these I'll just pick up this brand again. If I needed a hundred of them I might try out the cheaper competitor for comparison before deciding.

SOURCE tactical was founded by ex-Israeli military. That heritage is reflected in this product. Simple and effective, it does exactly what it is supposed to do and the cost is negligible. What more can you ask for? The plastic from which this is made is very hard. It will not break by accident. The clip will fit over the chest strap of an Osprey pack. The magnet piece will fit over a Platypus bladder tube. You will have to squeeze the tube to get the tube into the magnet piece, but once put together the two won't separate. I was worried the magnet would pinch the tube, but it doesn't. If you use a Platypus bladder, you will find this a more efficient means of retaining the tube than the clip that came with the bladder. Now that I'm using this, I can hike uninterrupted. The magnet is strong. The product packaging warns about getting it close to electronic devices. I'm very pleased with this product and recommend it without reservation.

This is a great solution for securing your Camelbak (or whatever bladder system you use)! It is super convenient to be able to grab your bladder hose, take a sip or two and then throw that sucker back on the magnet base. The magnet is nice and strong without being too strong - just right! Its also great for keeping your hose up and out of the dirt when at camp or in the back of your car. I paired this with the mouth/dirt cap for the Camelbak system and its really a fantastic setup. Overall, for the price I don't think you can beat this magnet setup. It stays clamped on the house (even my wider, insulated hose and the other end clips and retains nicely on my pack's chest strap. Seems very high quality so highly recommend!

I installed this on my CamelBak Aurora pack, it's so much better than the clip that CamelBak includes. The only problem I've ever had with it is that I got the skin of my upper under arm pinched in it several times when warning sleeveless shirts. It caused minor bleeding and scabbing. This is solved by wearing normal shirts. The magnetic clip slid off my strap a few times but this was solved by doing a 180 degree change on how I clipped it so it wouldn't slide off again.

Box is pretty big for such a small product inside. It said tactical and I figured this might have a stronger magnet then some others out there. I have a tube with insulation around it and a tactical tailor malice v3 pack. I didn't have any restriction drinking water but it does pinch the insulation a but as others have said. I don't like the clip that goes on your pack. I figured it would have a good bite but it was disappointing as it popped off during my 7 mile hike this morning. I found it luckily as I saw it drop out of the corner of my eye but had to make sure to keep my eye on it. As soon as it happened my thought was "yep, I paid a premium and should have bought the ones that secures on both sides for half the price. The magnet is strong, but it doesn't blow me away. I think I would have been just as happy with another product that is half the cost with a better securing system. $11 and almost lost it within the first hour, no thanks. I'll keep it bc there is nothing wrong with it as in being defective, but it's not worth the price point. I fell this isn't worth more than $3-$5. Don't be fooled by the wording they put on this.

Excelente calidad y muy resistentes , los imanes bastante fuertes, y se adaptan a diferente mangueras d e hidratación y mochilas

Solide et bien fixé

Very strong grabbing power. If you position it properly, you can just drop the hose and it will catch. A little pricy for a magnet, but you get what you pay for. The magnetic clip on the Gregory bags made me want to get this, and this one is way better.

Fast shipping and excellent product
