It is made with a wide strap across the lower part of the head and it is wide enough that it is very comfortable not like another one that had a more narrow strap there at the back of my neck that seemed to need more tightening to be effective and caused me a pain and although similar in construction to the last one I was using this one keeps my mouth closed better and the part under your chin is wider which is good and works better for me. The construction is good and the material is good as it is not foam and I had developed an allergy to the others that I have tried with the stretchy foam. With those I started getting red spots on my face in certain spots but when I quit using them and switched to this one the spots went away and have not returned. I will be using this one from now on. Thankfully, it feels much better and is more effective.

A friendly word of warning. The product works great, but if you've got facial hair (I have a half inch beard) it itches like hell until you get used to it.

After trying several different chin straps, this is my favorite model because it is adjustable with velcro at the top and back, and it has large ear holes. It slightly helps with snoring, but it definitely keeps my mouth closed for better sleep. The first few nights I had it strapped too tightly and it was uncomfortable. After loosening it a bit, it worked much better. It's best to tighten it only enough to keep the mouth lightly closed. There's no need to force the mouth to close hard. When removing in the morning, only undo the back straps and not the top, so it's easier to put back on the next night. It's worth it to keep adjusting until you get a comfortable fit that isn't too tight.

This is the best anti snore chin strap I’ve tried. The material stays in place even with my beard and does not slide around during the night. It fits snugly under my chin and comfortably keeps my mouth closed while I sleep. I use a CPAP with a nose cushion, and this has been the perfect solution for preventing mouth leaks. Very comfortable and works exactly as intended.

Excellent materials, craftsmanship and it fit well. But be absolutely certain you don't put it on too tight. I did. It inflamed my neck muscles. I HAD to go to the doctor. He gave me muscle relaxers. It took me a week to get back to normal. And, the doctor bill was far more than the strap.

I had high hopes but first night with this on SnoreLab recorded my worst night in weeks. One night of course isn't enough of a sample, so I'll continue to try this for the next week. Oh lord night number 2 was terrible. I can't really complain about this product so please don't construe this as anything about product quality which is excellent. But, second night was horrible. My jaw hurt wearing it more tightly; and my snoring was off the charts bad, never ever worse per the Ap Snorelab. I took it off in the middle of the night and Snorelab results were dramatically different. From "Epic" snoring to "Light". So for me this isn't going to be the solution. I'll take up potential solutions with my ENT clinic to explore other options.

I was unsure of the quality from seeing it online, especially for the cheap price point. It has honestly helped me stop snoring (confirmed by partner) and it helps hold my jaw closed at night so I breath through my nose and not wake up with a dry mouth and gross breath. The fit is mildly uncomfortable with how the strap is angled but still worth it, especially for the price point.

Been using this particular one for about two years now, and it is finally time to replace it. It has higher quality and better elasticity than the previous straps. I use this strap along with my CPAP and I get great sleep. It's easy to put on and is comfortable as well.

If you have facial hair, it becomes quite painful to wear a after a few hours. Additionally it doesn’t really help snoring

Item arrived quickly and in good condition. However, only used once as my partner said it made my snoring much worse.
