Good quality. Definitely worth the price. Make sure your skin is moisturized so the suction sucks to your skin. It won't suck on dry skin but that's obvious. U won't regret buying this cupping kit. Easy to use and works great

These are easy to use instructions are straightforward. I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift because he felt these worked when he had cupping done at the chiropractor. For me I can't get behind spending $$ when we can buy a product and use it at home. I love the U shaped ones because they fit nicely on the shoulder blade area and the knees without losing suction. We have used them 6 times since they were opened on Christmas and they are a nice quality. My husband says he feels Relief in his knees after using these along with his lower back. The pressure is minimal, but I think thats something each person feels differently.

I was introduced to cupping therapy by my Physical Therapist during treatment therapy following total knee replacement. It brought relief to the IT Band. I liked it so much I bought this set. It is exactly as described in the product info. Seems to be on par with what my PT used in the office. Glad I bought it.

I am super happy about getting this product! I have been to cupping therapy before and these feel the same but you can do it anywhere and anytime you want. It is convenient and relaxing. I received complete box. Be sure to read how many pieces are you getting because some needles are interchangeable. Instruction meridian points are in Chinese but there is another very useful and quick panflet in English. But the videos posted here were super useful! It isn't that complex really. Suction is good and it can feel weird with needles. You can do it alone using the noodle thingy. You will have to be super flexible to pull it off from your back though. Suction "gun apparatus" is very flimsy so I would recommend to do it gently so the pulling part doesn't break ;) Delivery was very very fast and Vendor was super fast on answering my questions. So far so good!!

This is mostly a DIY review as a heads up. I would strongly recommend having someone to help you use these. Being alone, it is hard to use these efficiently at all. Some cons are being unable to suction my back due to skin/muscle movement making it impossible to get the cups to suction properly or at all to my back. The hand pump included doesn't have a long enough tube to help you with reaching your own back even if you're able to get the cup placement right. The cups loose pressure and fall off rather easily unless you have your skin all the way inside the cup, and even then not a guarantee for if you move the wrong way can pop off. This product is made in mind for you to lie still while someone else applies the cups and suction to areas of your body. It can be quite painful after 5 minutes and can give you blisters if you have any irregularities in your skin so be careful depending on your skin condition and where you put the cups at. All in all it was an okay purchase on my part but won't get any use until my partner finally lives with me.

This is the second cupping set I’ve purchased off Amazon. The first one was from a different seller, and while great I would have to end twice as long cupping because there weren’t enough cups in the set (12). Currently, I am a graduate student, so I’m seated for long periods of time which leads to a ton of tension buildup along my mid back to upper trapezius area. For the price, this set is amazing because I’m able to run the cups all along each side of my spine and in about 15 minutes I feel an sense of relief. Not only is this set double the number of cups as my last set, but it comes with the same pump extension tube so I can self cup my back. If you’re looking for temporarily relief, I would recommend you try cupping. I personally just slab some lotion on my back and place those cups on. Do NOT use essential oils as that will erode your cupping set. Also, do not keep these on longer than 15 minutes.

I received a used item i need new one so i may have to return it

It arrived without a suction gun. The cups were all over the place. I wonder if this is a returned item by others? Big disappointment as I had high expectations looking at all the positive comments.

I thought I was doing something wrong… it’s now confirmed that I wasn’t and half of my cups won’t work at all, and of the half that do, only half of them will actually stay on without falling off within a few mins. Very frustrating and disappointed with the purchase.

Refunded the item. It doesn't have much suction power and will drop after a minute or so no matter how much I suck it on my skin. The quality of the cups is very poor too. It's like cheap plastic and very fragile. I really don't recommend it.
